I'm new to wearing glasses and the associate I worked with, Jazz, was absolutely stellar! They made the process of finding and purchasing glasses very easy and genuinely enjoyable.

Dr. Tartibi was knowledgeable and efficient in my eye exam. Greg was very helpful in choosing frames and checking out at the end of my visit. Would definitely choose Warby Parker for my exams and glasses/contacts again.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. While it seems things are sorted oddly, the staff makes up for it.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker Waterford lakes. I lucked out because the store was empty and I had the consultants full attention. They made the selection process fun and helped me narrow down my options. Jas and Don were very helpful. The Optometrist was also very helpful with some questions I had about multi-focal lenses. He was also helpful in guiding the sales rep identifying the high end glass material so that I would not have distortion with my prescription. The store has a great selection but is difficult to navigate because all the frames are mixed regardless of size. I use narrow glasses and there is typically a smaller selection to chose from which is a bummer. The check out process was easy, they took my insurance and the best part is they will deliver to my house in 5 days vs 2+ weeks and having to come in again. I hope my prescription will be perfect. My friends buy glasses from Warby Parker and are very happy. I also like that their frames are very affordable.

I cannot express enough how wonderful both the staff and this store are for glasses shopping. I just learned in the past week I need glasses for the first time. I had no idea where to start or even how insurance worked for all of it. I tried two in-person retailers before Warby Parker and they were extremely expensive and I wasn’t satisfied with the selections. All of my friends told me to use Warby Parker online and after I knew about the style I wanted from going to other glasses retailers that were too expensive, I went online to order from Warby Parker. Then, I realized a new store opened just a few minutes from me this past month. I visited the store and was helped by an extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They explained how insurance works, discounts and how much it all costs. The amount of glasses to choose from was incredible as well. No other store or doctor’s office has this vast of a selection. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses with blue light and prescription for less than one pair at both my doctor’s office and LensCrafters. Thank you, WP staff! Y’all made a new experience for me seamless and fun.

Warby Parker at Warerford Lakes just opened up and going there for my glasses was all I had hoped for. Gary was welcoming and explained all details with patience and did not hover over me to speed me in choosing. The store is super clean and there are tons of options. The price cannot be matched with an in-person experience. Gary also let me know about contact lenses through WP once I run out of my supply at home. The glasses are delivered to my home! Great experience!

WP Waterford Lakes is amazing! Their customer sales associates are extraordinary! Today was my first experience with WP and being instore and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend the Waterford Lakes location because of the great service Jazz and the other associates offer.
