Inside of our 80th & Columbus store (right across the street from the American Museum of Natural History!) you’ll find a New York institution of our own creation: the Warby Parker Museum of the Blue-Footed Booby. It’s full of fun zoological findings, in-shop photo ops, and artistic homages to our unofficial, avian mascot. There are also glasses, sunglasses, and contacts, of course, and a team ready to help with any and all of your optical needs.

This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.

Yes! We can take any optical measurements needed to complete your order—and if your frames don't fit perfectly on arrival, an optician is available for adjustments.Plus: Every Warby Parker frame comes with complimentary adjustments for life. Swing by any time for a tuneup.
Yes, indeed. We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear and accessories. Whether you purchased online or in a Warby Parker store, we can help you out.We also accept returns and exchanges for contact lenses within 30 days of purchase if they're in their original, unopened box.
Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

I got an eye exam and new glasses! My experience was great. I felt seen, heard and never rushed! I spent a LONG time picking out my pair of glasses, as they are the first glasses I’ve ever had. Everyone was understanding and supportive.

Wonderful experience at this location. I arrived a bit late for my appointment but the team member was very welcoming and beyond amazing throughout my time at the store. The doctor was great as well, very pleased with the eye exam and the entire process of purchasing glasses and contacts. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

I really had an amazing experience at this location. Ray T and the entire team were friendly, welcoming and engaging. They provided great advice and assistance when choosing my frames. Too many staffs doing nothing and really loud with their personal chat. Very uncomfortable to stay inside. A big party going on here. I’m in an exam room with the doctor and we can still hear loud laugh, clapping and shouting from the room.

I went there to get my teenage daughter her first pair of glasses. The entire staff was very attentive, organized, and displayed a level of expertise that made me trust their advice. I came to this location the last week of December 2023 to use up my remaining FSA dollars. I picked out the same frames I’ve had for 8 years.
I informed the gentleman at the counter that I had X amount on my FSA card and to put the remaining balance on another card. He disregarded what I asked and put the full about on my FSA card out of laziness. This caused my FSA to be overdrawn which resulted in the company taking the remaining balance out of my commuter account.
This has left my commuter account balance at an amount that I cannot use for a monthly metro card.

The staff here are next level - so warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was so impressed that staff pulled frames they thought would suit me for me to try on without my even asking and were patient as they gave recommendations on style and fit while I picked frames. A vast array of different designs. The store experts are very attentive and patient, assisting with the right fit and looks. The feel was of a place were your satisfaction was more important to whether you end up buying or not. The main reason for me to make a purchase, was a a pair of subscription glasses I got in 2017. They are still in perfect condition after so many years of daily use.
