Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

As a first time customer the experience wasn’t pleasant. Granted I was able to get a same day appointment which was convenient. However, I ordered contacts and glasses. Ordering glasses has given me such a hassle. The first set of glasses were incorrect. Prescription was off and a reorder was placed second order is still off. A very small compensation was provided but I had to ask for it and for every order I had to return to the store for frames to be looked at which was still an inconvenience.

I love visiting Warby Parker to shop for frames - I use non-prescription blue light lenses and my roommate shops for prescription glasses, but we always find the perfect pair! Also, the staff is incredibly helpful and we always receive our glasses earlier than expected in perfect condition.

The staff was very friendly and the optometrist (Dr. Drew) was fantastic! He took time to answer all of my questions and was very patient and wanted to make sure that my prescription was dialed in just right. It was a great experience and I will be coming annually as long as Dr. Drew is still there. I ended up getting a pair of glasses and sunglasses 💪🏾

Sarah was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with my preteen today at the Summit location. She was able to get a pair and a spare for less than $200 which is a total win. Highly recommend for your older kids.

Very poor customer experience. Went to this location on the afternoon of Jan 18th after buying glasses at this store in late Dec. They had arrived in the mail and needed to be adjusted. There were about 5 workers in there but apparently only one who could adjust glasses. Took forever for anyone to acknowledge me. The store was moderately busy but numerous people walked by including the individual who could adjust the glasses. He never even made eye contact even though I overheard someone tell him why I was there. A simple “we will be with you soon” would have been helpful. Finally after like 45 mins someone who said they could only do the basics attempted to help me. I commend her for trying.
This is my first time ordering from Warby Parker and will be my last. I would rather pay more for a more professional experience.

I was impressed with the selection of frames . At W-P, i can select just a frame without having to buy the frame plus lens. At Sunglass Hut I would be buying the complete sunglasses and then throw away the lens to replace with prescription lens.
