Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I just called and they only offer eye exams at one location which is 50 minutes away from me lol they got so many locations, I got 3 by me. For what? Pick up only ? like what?? It’s weird & Also Stop advertising lies.

I've shopped here a few times over the years and also seen Dr. Amy a few times - LOVE Dr. Amy, she's really thorough and explains everything so even though it's a quick exam, it doesn't feel rushed at all. Paula, the optician, has taken great care of my dad and me over the years too. My dad had trouble with his progressives at first, but Paula diagnosed and fixed the problem! On our most recent trip this weekend, I was really impressed by the rest of the team, too. They were all really friendly without being pushy and offered some great opinions.

Warby Parker always takes the best care of me. You really can't beat the quality and price. I have been wearing glasses since first grade and I'm really particular about colors and styles. It's hard for me to find a pair of frames that I'm absolutely in love with. However, at Warby Parker, I sometimes can't decide between many! Which is a good problem to have. They have great deals when you purchase more than one so do your research before you go. Also, double check your insurance! They filed the claim for me so I would get a little reimbursement! I go in for adjustments all the time, they are warm and friendly. I can't say enough good things about them.

I took my mom there yesterday because my husband had a great experience with them 7 mo ago. The team was not interested in helping us. They said my moms ins only paid for contact lenses and then they said we should call the insurance ourselves. We left and went upstairs to Lens Crafters and had a 100% different experience. They greeted us with a warm smile, confirmed my moms ins paid 50% of GLASSES and helped us find the right fit. As my mothers caretaker (she has early dimentia) it is important to me that people care.

This is the best location of Warby Parker I have ever been to! Staff is super friendly and helpful, they give warm greetings and make sure all of your glasses needs are met. Sura did a great job helping me pick my new sunglasses, helping me choose the cutest and most practical for me. Paula also helped me clean and adjust them to fit perfectly. I recommend coming here!

My experience at Warby Parker was great. The two young ladies who helped me had impeccable customer service and were as sweet as could be. They were friendly, nice and helpful trying to find me the shape and color frame I was looking for. After I purchased my glasses they brought the sign in to close up but my husband and I had no idea that it was closing time. They didn't rush us. They weren't trying to get their closing lists done in the middle of helping us either. They were patient and let me shop. They need more ladies like that working there.
