Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Everyone was very friendly, we had space and time to look around. The store was not crowded. The woman who helped us was nice enough to help adjust my old eyeglasses. Had my last pair of WB RX glasses for nearly eight years and never had issue with this brand. Also, the price is especially reasonable.

Best eye exam and customer service I’ve ever experienced updating my eye prescription and buying new glasses. 15 years wearing eye glasses and this is now the only place I’ll go for yearly exam and eyeglasses purchase. Dr Lee the Optometrist performed the best thorough eye exam ever. Dr Lee took the time to ask and answer questions, did not hurry through the exam. Corrected my vision better than any other Dr I’ve seen in 15 years. Kelly the sales team member helped me pick out great frames and lens options to best suit my needs. Go to Warby Parker! I had such a fantastic experience at Warby Parker! I came in to get my current glasses adjusted, and the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They not only made my old pair fit perfectly again but also helped me find two new pairs that I absolutely love!
The employees took the time to really listen to what I was looking for — especially my need for frames that fit a narrow face and low nose bridge. They brought out several options, gave honest feedback, and made the whole process fun and stress-free.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. I called my insurance prior to my daughters appointment and they were in network with our plan. After they completed the exam then they charged her for the exam and told her that we would have to submit the claim to our insurance company ourselves. Why do they tell people that they take insurance and then charge them? If you have any issues their customer service department is the worst. It's a call center and they just tell you to go back to the store that they cant help you. Save your time money and frustration and go somewhere else!
