Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I had such a great first experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Leslee was especially amazing. She took her time helping me pick out frames, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. I was not expecting the pricing and service Warby Parker gave today. I just had an eye appointment (private eye doc near by) and was not looking forward to buying new glasses and lenses and spending a fortune. I have loved Warby Parker pretty much since they started. I bought one of my first pair of glasses through mail try-on, and love the whole experience. I have been with them ever since. I have a favorite pair that I've purchased MANY times (too bad they don't have tracking devices to help me find them lol), but they have such good quality at a good price, it allows me to try new styles I would otherwise overlook. You can tell you're holding a pair of WPs. And I love that I can just head to the store, and get an eye vision test (appointments recommended), and have my glasses sent out for processing in less than half an hour. And I love that they have donated over 20 million glasses to those in need. Even if they don't strike you as your style, I bet you'll fall in love with AT LEAST one pair!

Honestly, I always thought WB would be out of my budget. Turns out I was way wrong. Not only was it as affordable as buying online through a discount store, the variety was amazing. The service in the store was also top notch. The worker brought me options based on what I said I wanted and there was absolutely zero pressure to buy or upgrade. I was in and out quickly without breaking the bank.

I’ve been wearing Warby Parker glasses and sunglasses for years. No one else offers such a wide range of frames for petite faces; I know I will always find a good pair at Warby Parker. The customer service both at stores (Sherry is amazing) and online is great and the prices are very reasonable . Even after I look at other places, I always wind up back at Warby Parker. I’m so glad they are at Biltmore now.

I just want to say the staff here are extremely welcoming and nice. Dauryn and Georgina were especially very accommodating. I chose some glasses that i eventually ended up changing my mind on I will say I was a bit nervous to make such a hassle but it was such a smooth and easy fix. The patience they had to make sure I got the right glasses was refreshing. There was another person there, not sure if he was the manager but he was lovely as well. Really refreshing interaction across the board! I definitely recommend going to this location! :)
