Warby Parker has a beautiful and wide selection of frames. John is so helpful and attentive without being pushy. He is highly informed and gives great tips you may not have thought of. He also doesn’t try and sell “extras” you don’t need. The shop is calm and attractive. Excellent experience all round.

This place is top notch! I have wore glasses all of my life and I'm over 60 years old. I was impressed with the efficiency, attentiveness, and overall value. But what I was really impressed with was the staff member I will always remember as changing my life, literally! Richard Turner was astute enough when I offhandedly mentioned how much time I spend in front of my computer, suggesting getting an additional pair of computer glasses that allow for much superior vision for working on the computer for hours. This is life-changing and drove me to tears! I will forever be grateful. They spend way more time than other places and with good prices too, is the best value around! Great location, never too busy to assist, pleasant atmosphere, great staff!

I've been a die hard WP fan since they began years ago. And I'm happy to know their products have maintained their quality all through the years. The team in the Tucson location was incredible welcoming and enthusiastic in their help. I came in knowing what I wanted to try on, but also had been presenting with so many more options to look at. I almost had too many to choose from! I gladly bought my pair, and got sunglasses on my way out. I will continually support this brand and will also refer my friends and family.

As soon as I walked in the door, Chris was there to welcome me and lead me to a nice little table or we could sit and discuss what I was looking for as you all know. Tucson is very hot. I use a walker she got me a couple glasses of water and then we moved on to business. Customer service was excellent. She had the answers. I needed very polite. I enjoyed working with Chris. I love the varied style, width, and color selections. The store is spacious and arranged well. All the technicians and the on site doctor are excellent. Best eye exam I've had, and Richard was an amazing help with frame selection.

Won't buy glassses anywhere else! The shop is clean and welcoming. The staff all seem to be very good but our favorite is Nick. He is so great to work with. I describe what I like and he picks exactly the frame that is perfect. He is a pleasure to work with. Quality of the completed pieces is perfection.
