Dr. Jeevan Hothi
Introduction
Dr. Jeevan Hothi is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico (IAUPR) in 2016. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Hothi uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

This company started in 2010. From the moment I saw the first commercial, I wanted to get glasses here. I didn’t feel confident getting mail order glasses though, so I resisted. I eventually moved to Tucson and saw there was a physical location to go to and I was ready!
I had questions concerning location, parking, and access to the store. The Google Maps listing said it was on the 1st floor, but actual photos made it look like it was on the 2nd floor. I can’t do stairs so I called the store number listed. The call did not connect me to the store, but to what seemed to be a phone room, handling all calls for the company. They did not answer my specific questions. The info they gave me was what I already seemed to have read online. So I asked for more detail.
I was then put on hold for 10-15 minutes while they (probably) called the actual store themselves and got me half of the info I had asked about. I thanked them and gave up. The phone call had already cost me 20 minutes, and was my 2nd call, so I decided to try something else.
I then went to the La Encantada website and sent an email with my questions. They never bothered to respond. They apparently don’t care about the businesses they rent to.
Anyway, I went elsewhere and made my purchase. I will never have WP glasses and I’m ok with that.
This review isn’t really about the actual store, as I could never get answers on whether or not I could even access it. It’s more about the company as a whole. If they can’t get it together to answer the simplest of questions, I don’t feel I want to spend my money there. 🤷🏻♀️

One of the screws of my glasses broke, which made one of the sides detach. The staff fixed it for free! Super friendly and professional, plus amazing choices of eyewear! Can never go wrong with a pair of Warby Parker glasses!

Today was my first visit to Warby Parker La Encantada, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The Customer Service was perfect, and the frame options were extensive. I really took advantage of their virtual try-on option on their website before going to the store, which I'd highly recommend. Otherwise, you might get overwhelmed by all the choices. I'm so happy my vision insurance switched for 2026 to one that includes Warby Parker as an in-network provider!
