Sent the glasses order wrong address causing a delay in receiving the Order🧐

Ed helped me out and was amazing. Very kind and patient as we came in about 30 min before closing, he still treated me with such care. I have never gotten glasses before from anywhere besides my doctors office so this was really a great experience and I feel comfortable coming back again in the future when needed.

All the workers are super helpful and patient. I went in there very indecisive, but came out feeling confident in the pair I picked! A gentleman (wasn’t able to get his name) spent so much time helping me find exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience great!

First off I highly recommend that you download their app. It is phenomenal! I have used this brand for prescription lenses and frames, the quality is amazing and after having use the same frames for the last decade, I decided to treat myself today and since they had a sale going, I bought two new frames and the people there were just amazing; Very kind, Accommodating, you could tell that they actually enjoyed their jobs which for many is a rarity these days unfortunately. Shout out to the two front office people and I’m so sorry I forgot the females name but the male is Ed. Looking forward to receiving my email and 5 to 7 days letting me know that my glasses are ready to be picked up and I will gladly go and have them do the final little adjustments that typically are needed. It’s funny the older we get, the more excitement over something so Simplistic 🤣 I truly would be shocked if you had anything but top quality frames, a great prescription with all the bells and whistles to help protect your lenses and top quality knowledgeable sells people who actually listen! So if you were in the market to get new frames, I could not recommend this any more than I already have! If I could give it 100 stars, I would!

The staff were very prompt, informative, friendly, and considerate. They offered my daughters coloring material and my husband and I were able to shop with ease! I highly suggest Warby Parker for your prescription glasses.

Great Staff, Selection of Frames and Customer Service!!

First time at this location but so exited to see Jack, my favorite employee, who helped me multiple times at the Fashion Island location. He always makes my experiences fun, easy, and memorable. He not only has a plethora of knowledge for eyewear, but he is helpful with always giving his honest opinion.

My husband and I needed new prescription and glasses. The eye exam was thorough and professional. Alyssa helped us with finding the right frames- she was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful.

I've been interested in Warby Parker for well over a decade, but couldn't get over buying online. What if I didn't like the sample frames sent to me?! I was so happy to come across the Brea Mall store. Knowing my husband and I had remaining funds in our FSA/LPSA, I suggested a visit. Many stylish frames and a section devoted to low bridge glasses. I'm shocked by the amount (cheap) we spent and the ease of ordering two prescription sunglasses! I can't wait to receive our order.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciated the fact that they were able to point me to the frames that would help my with my issue (eyelashes brushing against the lens). I would definitely recommend Warby Parker if you're looking for glasses. It was much cheaper than buying glasses through my optometrist.

Warby Parker at the Brea Mall was such a pleasant facility to have my eyes examined! Doctor Austin was amazing and thorough and all the staff was so sweet! I purchased glasses and contacts. I cant wait to receive my glasses! And my contacts got delivered the next day! Thank you guys!!
