I have bought something like six pairs of glasses from WP. Whenever you enter a store, you're greeted and the staff is always so helpful. The frames are high quality and the selection is awesome. I wish my insurance worked, but... oh well!

Friendly staff. On time appointment, easy scheduling with reminders. Good communication of what to bring, Optometrist is excellent. Lovely selection of glass frames. They do not fit for rigid guest permeable lenses however and I wish I had been informed before I made the appointment. cigar store and lounge next-door makes the setting irritating, but that’s not their fault.

Jason was very helpful! He adjusted both pairs of my glasses so they fit perfectly, and even shared a great tip on the best way to put them on. Great service, thank you!

I visited this store on a Sunday around 1:00 PM to purchase reading glasses, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I walked around until I was the only customer left, yet not a single staff member bothered to greet me or offer assistance. I eventually walked out empty-handed.

This is about Customer Service and how it’s done right! We walked into the Warby Parker store just to check out styles to potentially make sunglasses. We looked around and had a general question about glasses and tapped the shoulder of the closest employee. Turns out we inadvertently tapped the manager of the store! Mr. Vereen was everything one hopes for when you think of excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, respectful, great listener and answered every question we had. And not to sound to “California woo woo” but he had the most positive upbeat energy that seriously made us want to invite him out for a beer! What he didn’t do, was hand us off to one of his employees. He stuck with us for quite a while and showed excessive patience. We didn’t buy anything that day but we got fantastic information, a great feeling of being heard and we would direct anyone looking for glasses to walk into Mr. Vereen’s store on Burlingame Avenue. You’ll be so happy you did!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Burlingame. The optometrist was kind, thorough, and talked through things with me. The staff were helpful and did not hover while I tried on glasses, but did offer advice and professional opinions when I asked, especially about which frames would fit my new progressive lenses the best.

Friendly staff! I appreciated being greeted and left alone when I said I was just browsing. However, they checked on me later to make sure I still didn't need help. By that time, I did need help so it was the perfect balance. The employee helped me pick out glasses, he answered questions, and I ended up buying two pair. I also liked the location of this Warby Parker. It's a nice area to explore and parking was relatively easy.

The staff at the Burlingame CA store were extremely helpful. They also seemed to enjoy working together as a team and pitched in to take care of customers. Not the biggest selection of glasses Ive ever seen but plenty of choices to fit the customer’s needs. Took care of benefits on the spot. Prices are better than average.
