The staff here is amazing. They are all so helpful and amazing. They all seemed happy to be there helping people. My one year old had a great time bopping around the store too! Every one was very knowledgeable about the products within the store AND they have a huge selection of their glasses.

It was my first time buying prescription eyeglasses and I was a bit nervous but Joanna at this store was just so incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a huge help and I can’t recommend the service here enough. Thanks again!

The Warby Parker Store at the Westfield Topanga is a first class establishment. Great products, great styles and “outstanding service.” Jory Glick and his team are very attentive to their customers and work with them on getting the right frames and lenses. All of the sales representatives are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. And should anything be not right or need adjustment or correction, the Warby staff members do what ever is necessary to make it right for the customer. This store has a very healthy and positive culture and instills confidence that customers will be more than satisfied.

Fantastic experience in this store with Josh as he made it a “win-win” on every level. With his assistance I purchased 2 pairs of prescription glasses Distance and Readers) which prompts conversation and questions from others when I wear them. Josh answered all of my questions, gave good insight about my current purchases as well as any future items I may choose. He is definitely a huge benefit to the staff and demonstrates care, concern and confidence about the product and individuals he offers services to. The store is clean, well lit and orderly. Definitely will return to get fitted for sunglasses and more. I very rarely offer/give 5stars but this is so very well deserved with exceptional customer service being the big difference.

The service in the store was excellent however the turnaround time for my glasses with new lenses is terrible, over a month which is unacceptable going forward.
