Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Lots of frames to choose from. I’ve even had my glasses adjusted here and they do a great job and fixing them so they don’t hurt my nose and ears!

My husband had been wanting new frames and lenses, so we figured it would be easier to try the frames on in person than order online. We came in mid afternoon, and it was such a great experience. Most of the staff seemed experienced and to genuinely enjoy their jobs. After finding the perfect pair we decided to roam the forum before coming back to purchase the glasses as we were already in the area and sure of our purchase. We returned about an hour later, and the associate who was helping us prior was busy with another customer, so we went to the front counter . We ended up getting paired with a young woman (no apparent name tags, nose piercing, long nails) who could have cared less about her job or helping paying customers . This woman was dismissive and snarky to myself and husband. The price point ended up being higher than originally quoted and when we asked for an explanation her response was "well its just the way your eyes are"...umm excuse me? We understand she is not an Optometrist but maybe get someone who can explain. We couldn't get out of that store quick enough. We will be surprised when our order is delivered if it's actually right considering we had to correct her several times. We truly wish we would have just ordered the glasses online. This associate ruined the whole experience unfortunately. If you stop by this location, try the glasses on, then order online. Three stars for the wonderful associates prior in the day As a follow up to the review the "Warby Parker The Forum Carlsbad (Owner)" did not follow up with our experience and our glasses were incorrect. My husband will be returning these and I strongly advise you buy your glasses elsewhere.

The post purchase service is excellent !! Truly unmatched customer service!! My 91 yo mom’s progressive trifocal, auto-tinting uber pricey glasses suffered an injury that left them looking like a calamity of twisted metal. I brought them into the store hopeful the lenses were salvageable - I’d even purchased replacement frames. Not only were her glasses fixed within an hour, but the magician/technician was able to salvage her original frames and refund me the new frames I’d purchases. Shocked and grateful doesn’t begin to cover it. 🙌

Six minutes late to an appointment they wouldn't take me. I was literally walking in for a 12:25 appointment at 12:31. Sad that the large corporations don't have any flexibility. It's all about money. If Charisse Suba OD can't wait 6 min for someone stuck in traffic, what kind of care does she possibly provide? Thank goodness I know beforehand!
