Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I usually pick a predictable style of glasses. I’m facing a certain milestone birthday and wanted to step, no leap outside my comfort zone. I always wear all black clothes and my glasses are generally classic RayBan shape frames but in black. I’m a designer and always wanted Le Corbusier style thick round glasses. I finally did that but wanted to go more extreme so I chose RED! I passed by the Warby Parker store and they had the perfect round red frames! I was tentative about them at first but the staff rallied and convinced me they were perfect! I’m going to be excited to get them and have fun with them.

May 2026 update: Does not seem like Gabby works here any longer which is a shame. The staff isn't as helpful on approaching and helping find glasses that will look cute on me. That used to be the Warby Parker unique touch of having cute women find glasses that they think you look good in.

WOW. i’ve never had WP glasses before but o came along with someone and they have a pair and their customer service is insane!! WP does deep cleans glasses for their own and repairs them if needed. Rachel and McKenna were really nice and amazing. dream team, because of this I have to start using WP

I’m on my fourth pair of Warby Parkers. I use them for sunglasses and for LED light blocking, and they get the job done!

Atzin was absolutely amazing! She made my husband and I extremely comfortable throughout the process. Even giving her opinions when we were between a few different styles. A company with trash policy hypocrisy to the widest extent. It is okay to buy a new gram and they will take your old lenses from your old frame put it on the new frame, but if you needed to replace the lenses they want you to turn in your frame for a whole month because they need to ship it out.
It is your policy and this is what I think of your policy.
I was doing business with them since 2021, and when they had issues with delayed orders due to factory maintenance back in September, bought just the frame planing to replace the lenses later, even if it will cost more but I want to keep doing business with them. Just to discover today that the company policy cares less of customers and their convince, this is all just to push you to buy a whole new set even if you didn't need to.
Keep your apology for yourself. I don't need it. It's not your reply. It does not solve the issue.

This was my first time buying glasses from Warby Parker and was very excited about getting my new frames. I ordered 3 pairs as I needed to use money in my HCSA account before year end. Not only was one of the pairs completely off (wrong frames and prescription), but when I went to the store to exchange them for the pair I ordered, the man helping me had a horrible attitude. The lady that was also helping who just joined the team a month ago was way more emphatic and willing to
help. I asked if there was a way to accommodate for the inconvenience by possibly throwing in a glasses cleaner spray and the man completely turned me down and just walked away. I asked the lady, and the glasses cleaner is only $20, but that’s not the point. The point is this is my first time ordering from Warby Parker, and not only did i get the wrong glasses, I now have to wait an extra 1-2 weeks for my glasses, dealt with poor customer service, and can’t even throw in a glasses cleaner for the inconvenience of having to drive into the store and waste more time and gas just to deal with attitude. You’d think you’d get better customer service for someone who spent ~$700 with this company. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be buying another pair of glasses from Warby Parker or recommend them to friends and family moving forward.

Great customer service! They quickly helped me find the exact glasses I was looking for. I almost didn't return this year because the previous year the store was dark and gloomy and it was difficult picking out glasses in the semi dark store and my choices were so limited. Last year, I left with a pair of glasses I wasn't happy with. Now the store is bright and they have many styles to choose from and they also have additional styles on their tablets they can show you. This year I left extremely satisfied and can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend using Warby Parker for your eyeglass needs. They have a great selection of frames and the whole process is so easy and seamless. The staff and doctor are all great and super helpful. I am a non-insurance customer and found their prices to be fair and competitive. This store is in my favorite mall, so that's also a bonus.
