Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Great prices, good selection, and very helpful and knowledgeable staff at this store. Often, you can be in and out quickly too! Order there and get your glasses either at home or shipped to the store (which I prefer in case we need to make any adjustments).

I visited the store on Friday and was greeted with a friendly “welcome,” but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any further assistance during my visit.
I decided to return on Sunday, and the same associate was working but again didn’t offer any help. Thankfully, the manager was there and completely turned my experience around. He were incredibly helpful and assisted me with trying on frames, offered thoughtful recommendations, and answered all of my questions.
Thanks to the manager’s excellent service, I ended up purchasing two pairs and was able to take advantage of their current discount. I’m really glad I decided to give it another try over the weekend!

Last week, I accidentally stepped on my Warby Parker readers and thought I destroyed them beyond repair. The arms were bent in different directions and the frame itself was bent. I took them to Warby Parker at The Point and Terry worked his magic. Within 10 minutes, he had my readers looking like new and fitting perfectly. (It was early evening and I was surprised there was an optician on staff at that hour!) Thanks to Terry, I was able to take my like-new glasses home the same evening. The arm of my glasses had come off and of course I lost it somewhere, so I came into the el segundo store to see if maybe I could find a set of frames to put my lenses in. Such a ridiculous problem I know. Amanda went above and beyond searching everywhere, trying different things and helped me out of this silly mess. Amanda and Nikki, you are truly my heroes today, I can’t thank you enough. The customer service was just magnificent. You girls are so nice, I really just can’t thank you enough. Being able to see properly is something I don’t take for granted, thanks ladies!!!!!
