Introduction
Dr. Charlene Trinidad graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2014. As a California native (fun fact: she graduated from Notre Dame High School) she is grateful to be practicing close to her hometown community. In her downtime, Dr. Trinidad enjoys spending time with her family and being both a mom and a dog mom.

Dr. Shreya Patel is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2023. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Patel uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I'm disappointed to write this review since I've heard super good things about the store and really wanted to check it out. But there's this one girl that started eyeing me up and down, and i was just like girl i just walked in 😭😭 then of course she has to be the one who assist me but then she was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Answering my questions very vaguely like she doesnt really wanna help 😭😭 i ended up not being able to get anything and was too uncomfortable to buy one either way 😔

Had an incredible experience at Warby Parker thanks to the wonderful staffs! Daniel was very knowledgable and extremely patient and kind, making my visit a breeze. I had forgotten my phone at the store and Daniel was a super track star and sprinted about half a mile to chase me down to give me back my phone.

I was putting on my glasses when one of the tiny screws popped out and fell down the sink drain. (Yes, I’m hopeless.) Since they’re Warby Parker frames, I was able to go into the store and get them repaired and cleaned for free in a few minutes. Big thanks to Lupe for fixing them quickly and being so friendly. Great experience!

The entire process took less than 20 minutes bites - from the time that I walked in to when I left after purchasing two pairs of glasses.
The selection of frames is great and I appreciate being able to easily identify frames for a narrow face.
The price is reasonable and the sales staff were very helpful!

The team there is amazing! I think it was Lupe who first checked me in and got the process, they were wonderful! Chelsey did my eye exam and I have never felt so comfortable, seen and all around cared for. This team rocks and the checkout / glasses selection worker was amazing as well I just forgot her name.
