Introduction
Dr. Charlene Trinidad graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2014. As a California native (fun fact: she graduated from Notre Dame High School) she is grateful to be practicing close to her hometown community. In her downtime, Dr. Trinidad enjoys spending time with her family and being both a mom and a dog mom.

Introduction
Dr. Shreya Patel is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2023. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Patel uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
The well-known portion of an eye exam where you read from a chart of progressively shrinking letters until they're too small to see
The part of the exam that determines your prescription for corrective lenses (if you need them)
A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

They sent me a defective pair and it's been over a month and they haven't sent me the glasses. Soft talks over the phone with no action and flaky excuses about their lab. Not recommended.

Great experience. Imagine that?...the once dreadful chore of "having to visit your eye doctor" has been launched into the future. Nice variety, upfront pricing, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I made my appt the day before online. Its like shopping for new shoes but eyeglasses!

I really enjoyed my experience here at Warby! The staff was so helpful in helping me find the right pair or glasses. I also did an eye exam with Dr. Tran and she was incredibly personable and make the eye exam fun! So knowledgeable and made sure I fit into the correct products! What a fall from grace. This is more a review of corporate than the storefront. I’ve had WP glasses for a few years, went to the store to place an order for new prescription glasses. Staff was friendly, glasses were in stock, everything was fine. Once order was placed my glasses were delayed due to issues in the lab. Spoke with three customer service reps, each was less helpful than the last. They said my glasses would take a MONTH to arrive. Not sure how they can live with treating customers this way. I had them cancel my order and issue a refund. Time to find a new glasses company…

Great location with fantastic customer service. I was warmly greeted and helped right away. The staff were both knowledgeable and profession. The store had a new type of eye examination equipment that replaces the need for liquid eye dilation. LOVE! Warby Parker has a ton of different types of eyewear to chose from at a great price.

This is the text I got from my appointment. They don t give me any option or explain my why $120 when the web site shows $85.
If you don t read carefully ( very smart for an eye test) they just take an extra $35.
Costumer service is also incompetent
