Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)

Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

New location! Had to check it out. I have bought my last few pairs from Warby Parker for almost 5 years now. It was nice when they would ship it to your home to try on (5pairs). But with location nearby I loved being able to go in and try them all on at once!

Customer service is 5 stars! Alyssa, Ethan, and two other employees were helpful and patient as I shopped for sunglasses (no prescription, I have 20/20 vision). Zero pressure, answered my dozens of questions, knowledgable of the sizes, lenses, gradients, and polarizations of the different sunglasses I tried on. The best part of my experience was that they let me go outside with multiple pairs of glasses to see how well or poorly they blocked the sun and what the different color lenses looked like.
Product availability is 4 stars. I wanted to leave with a pair of sunglasses since I had lost mine the day before. They sold me the display pair of sunglasses that I liked since there were no others in stock. I understand that there are endless variations but at least 5 pairs of sunglasses that I liked and would have purchased were not in stock. In addition to the pair I bought, I ordered a second pair with the help of Alyssa and those will come in the mail.
As a customer with a long list of specifications for my sunglasses, I found what I was looking for and felt taken care of. This was my first purchase of a Warby Parker product and I liked it!

Wonderful, welcoming, and warm customer service!
Stylish and well-curated selection of frames.
I am so happy to be able to shop here for frames instead of the Irvine Spectrum, which is a personal place of hell for me to shop :) …nightmare parking, too many people… etc.
I will definitely be coming back here to purchase more frames 🤓
Ps. I am an old school Warby fan who has been purchasing their frames since the early days of home delivery. They are still the best and most stylish affordable brand out there. I’m so glad they have physical stores now because I was way too picky and ended up trying on glasses for months at home lol.
