Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I love the glasses quality and the variety of styles available. The service was excellent. I ordered my glasses in person and they arrived by mail in just under two weeks. No adjustments or corrections were needed, my vision was great immediately. My prescription was for computer glasses and they work and fit exactly as the salesperson promised. This was an amazing experience online, in-store, and with the stylish glasses product.

Tania was helping me with checkout and she is very nice and helpful. She is informative with different option of lenses and very patient and kind. The store has a lot of nice frames, for different type of face size and bridges.

The Warby Parker staff at this location has it ALL together! First of all, it's a gorgeous new store in the 2nd & PCH shopping center. Tommy, Deon, and the whole staff are awesome - their customer service is next level, and they treated me like a celebrity - very VIP! I had to replace my very old WP glasses, and they fitted me with a perfect pair: the Chase with Driftwood Fade - I LOVE them! I ordered them with the high index lenses for $125 out the door (I couldn't believe the low price!), but my prescription is very strong, so when I got them I decided I'd prefer the ULTRA high index lenses instead (which are a bit more expensive, so don't do it unless you have to - they're thinner - good for strong prescriptions). Tommy replaced them with NO QUESTIONS ASKED and had them delivered to my house for FREE within a few days! All of this outstanding service was provided amidst very meticulous COVID-19 precautions: you must wear a mask, hand sanitizer everywhere, after you try on a frame it gets set aside for cleaning before they put it out again, staff are all in gloves and masks - so great! I won't go anywhere else!

The two associates who helped me on March 10th were incredibly welcoming and patient. I was nervous because it was my first time purchasing glasses from Warby Parker, but they truly made my first experience a positive one. I was having a hard time choosing frames that suited my face, and they kindly guided me in selecting both prescription and sunglasses that felt just right.
I regret not getting their names, but they were two young women wearing eyeglasses who assisted me around 5 PM that Tuesday. They were also very understanding and patient while I was trying on frames and simultaneously keeping up with my toddler. As a mother, I genuinely appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

I came in today determined to finally get new glasses — no appointment, no plan, just pure motivation to stop putting it off. As soon as I walked in, I made eye contact with Tanya, and she made the entire process so smooth from that moment on.
I showed her pictures of the glasses I wanted, and she quickly went to grab them for me without hesitation. I was doing my best to explain what I was looking for, and she immediately pulled out her notepad and pen, writing things down and visually showing me what she meant as she explained. That meant a lot to me.
She found the exact pair I had in mind, but then casually pulled another pair that wasn’t even on my radar. And wow — I’m so glad she did. I usually stick to basic colors, but this pair was a muted green — subtle, not too bold, just enough to feel different. I fell in love with how it looked on me. It felt like the new style I didn’t know I needed.
She even helped me secure a comprehensive exam appointment the same day with Dr. Tran. After roaming around the plaza for a bit, I came back right on time. Dr. Tran was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She never made me feel like I was overthinking my questions. Instead, she explained everything clearly and visually, which I truly appreciate as someone who processes things by picturing them in my head. She made it all feel easy — and honestly, made adulting feel a little less overwhelming.
After the exam, I was introduced to Will, who helped me with the transaction. He explained the insurance and shipping process thoroughly and was patient when I had follow-up questions. Everything felt clear and straightforward.
By the time I walked out of Warby Parker, I was smiling — proud of myself for coming in alone and finally accomplishing something I’d been putting off for so long. The entire team made the experience empowering, smooth, and even enjoyable.
