I'm so glad I decided to come here today. Daniel was awesome, kind and endlessly patient! He helped me pick out some great-looking frames and provided all kinds of solutions and tips for making the most of my vision insurance. I ended up paying less than I would have if I had gone in-network, and even got an extra pair of super cute readers at no cost - in fact doing so reduced my final bill by $15! The rest of the team was also very warm and helpful. Thank you so much!

My experience at Warby Parker was top-class. Nat dedicated herself to helping me find my perfect pair of glasses. I had previously owned the Vaughn and from that piece of information she offered recommendations that aligned with the color and frame styles that would accommodate the size of lens I was looking for. With every detail I shared regarding my preferences, Nat attentively and patiently listened and recommended options that narrowed my selection. She always offered a kind and reassuring smile that made me feel well taken care of. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured into any decisions. Just went to the store today so haven't received my glasses yet, but so far a great experience -- I went in with a prescription from my eye doctor to get regular glasses & sunglasses. They have a good variety of styles and colors, well-priced, Tay was very helpful with suggestions and moving the process along.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by friendly staff employees. Everyone was pleasant courteous and helpful. All eyewear is visible for everyone to view. The environment is very pleasing to the eye. Clean and well-organized in every room. There are many styles to choose from. If you have a preferred style just mention to the employee and they will look for various styles that most complement your facial features according to your desired style you like the most.

Went in to get my glasses adjusted as I had bent the frames, and the staff was so friendly and helpful :) The gentleman who helped me was so kind and had me in and out in 5 minutes.

I highly recommend Warby Parker for eye exams and prescription glasses. The entire experience was excellent. The exam that Dr. Brian provided was thorough, everything was clearly explained, and the customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I felt like I could really trust their recommendations. P.S I wish I remember the name of the peson who helped me that was so curteous and nice (it started with an L, perhaps Leigh or something simillar to that). Overall everyone was very helfpul and I will keep coming back.

Really great service all around. Had an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses. Eric was wonderful and asked a lot of key questions to help me select a pair (I otherwise wouldn't have even looked at). I'm excited to get my new frames!

I didn’t even get to have my appointment at this location. I was ten minutes late due to a tree falling in the road on my way in and when I got there the staff was unhelpful and curt. They said I wouldn’t be able to have my appointment unless I rebooked for an hour later. I didn’t have the time since I had a meeting later and there was no compromise. I ultimately had to leave and it was an entire waist of my time. I thought doctor’s offices had grace periods for things like this? Better make sure you’re right on time or early or you will never be see here.

Yeah this place is strait BS I drove an hour and 30 minutes to get here 7 minutes late and they said they would have to reschedule ah… no you don’t I wouldn’t spend one cent on this place not to mention the money wasted taking time off work who has a 5 minute cancellation policy ? @$@( this place!
