Great customer service

Affordable, great selection and great staff at the Los Gatos store. First time in and I got two gorgeous pair of progressives for less the cost of one pair at Eye Q in Santa Cruz. I have no insurance for my eyes so value for money matters to me.

Excellent service and frames and lenses from this store. I’ve had 2 pairs of Warby Parker glasses ordered through this store and had fit adjustments to get the exact right fit. Every time, I’m greeted and helped immediately. Fernando is the store manager and has been a great help throughout the selection process. Greg is without a doubt the master frames adjuster and gets it right every time for me, especially for my plastic frames with no nose pads. Recently, he was kind enough to replace the nose pads on my non-Warby Parker frames too. And one other female service professional, I forget her name, is so professional and a pleasure to work with too. Service is top notch here. Warby Parker lenses are comparable in quality to my other high index lenses I’ve ordered through different opticians over the years, including Berkeley and San Francisco. I need high index lenses and have astigmatism, so quality and lens placement are key for me, as well as frame selection. I enjoy high end frames from Europe and appreciate the styles coming out of Warby Parker.

The store employee was helpful getting us started and stating prices to guide our shopping. Was able to locate a frame, hand over my vision scores,pay and get out very quickly. Won’t get the glasses for two weeks, but good so far.

I was looking to get a back-up pair of reading glasses and saw the WP in Old Town near a cafe I frequent. I was browsing and appreciated the fact that the staff were friendly but left me alone. They clearly answered the questions I asked and prices seemed reasonable . I decided to get an eye appointment as well…easy-peezy with plenty of times. Returned the following week and met with a very cool optometrist. She gave me the once over and showed me scans of my eyes and how it related to my overall health. Very comprehensive yet comfortable. She gave me my prescription and then the optician helped me find a pair of glasses that I liked. All said and done, $215 tax incl ($120 exam + $95 frames w/rx lenses ) A lot easier than dicking around with my vision insurance and playing the “what do I get for…” game with their “preferred” provider . Considering my coffee is $8, WP is a relative bargain.

My experiences at Warby Parker have been excellent. However, I have tried to call them for 3 days at different times of the day. They do not answer the phone. I am simply attempting to place a reorder so that I can drive there to pick them up as I don't live nearby.

Good customer service

My son and I visited the new Los Gatos store and had the best experience. No pressure, helpful customer service and we were allowed our time to shop and try on as many frames we wanted. Thank you Warby LG for a great experience and purchase!

Been buying from Warby Parker for over a decade. Always great. Style forward with solid quality. But what happens when it’s not great? What happens when the transition focal points are off and the lenses don’t work as intended. Stop over and let them know. I worked with Greg at this store. He listened to my situation, revised my focal points and had a new set of glasses to me in a week, no problem, no charge. Thanks Greg and company!

Unless you want brand name overpriced eyeglasses, there is simply no where else you need to go. Most efficient one stop shop. Can’t wait to go back for my next round of eyeglasses.

Can’t order sunglasses online specifically the Moriarty Poblano sunglasses so had to call in to do so. Customer service was not clear nor helpful. First, why not have all options listed on your website? Second, why make it hard for customers to reorder sunglasses? The person on the phone was not clear in communicating to me and hung up on me. How rude! I would not recommend this store at all. Go find better customer service elsewhere.
