Dr. Matt Burke
Introduction
Dr. Matt Burke graduated from the SUNY College of Optometry in 2019. In his downtime, he enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, going to concerts, and seeing comedy shows.
Dr. Wendy Pham
Introduction
Dr. Wendy Pham graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2021. She is proud to be a member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, and the Orange County Optometric Society. As a California native (fun fact: she graduated from Garden Grove High School), Dr. Pham is grateful to be practicing close to her hometown community. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling and practicing yoga.
Dr. Salina Patel
Introduction
Dr. Salina Patel graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 2023. In addition to her optometry degree, she completed a residency at the Portland VA Healthcare System and specialized in ocular diseases. In her downtime, Dr. Patel enjoys reading, finding new coffee shops and places to eat, hiking, and playing with her dog Ace.

We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I highly recommend this Warby Parker at the Marina. The optometrist, Dr. Burke, was very pleasant and very professional. He answered all my questions and explained results of testing thoroughly. At this glasses section, Tatum was excellent. She was so helpful in helping me decide which frames were just right for me. (I did ask for her advice and I am so glad I did! ).

Huge thank you to Oscar at Warby Parker for fixing my glasses after a lens popped out accidentally. The thin bottom frame made it a challenging repair, but he was very patient, persistent and precise. He was also very kind and professional. I’m so very grateful he saved my favorite pair of glasses!

I came back for a annual revisit and realize the doctor last year made a note that I had symptoms of high eye pressure/ocular hypertensions which could lead to glaucoma. But the doctor last year did not inform me at all.
He made a note, but neither he nor the staff could tell me that.
Even though this is not a general eye health clinic. It takes less than a minute to inform me that why couldn't they just inform me??
One more star thanks to the doctor who informed me this year.

Staff really helped me find which glasses were best for me by asking all the right questions to figure out which features I liked or not - and why. patiently helped me narrow down my options by helping me both verbally process as well as looping other staff into giving their insights on my final few pairs. I ended up buying two pair - one for everyday and one a little more chic. So grateful that I didn’t feel rushed and they didn’t make me feel annoyed because I can be so indecisive. Thanks for the help and great selection of frames. Also like the prices compared to my optometrist’s options.

I was very hesitant to get my eye exam and new prescriptions here just because they’re a bigger company, BUT SO GLAD I DID!!! Their progressive PRECISION lenses are a life changer!! Their optometrist was so nice and so smart even at the end of a long day, he knew what is doing and talking about. And the staff, can’t say enough nice things. They’re smart kind and helpful!
