Dr. Linda Bui is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 2013. Dr. Leslie Rabena graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 2018. In her downtime, she enjoys spending quality time with family, staying active through Muay Thai boxing and pilates, visiting amusement parks, discovering local restaurants, and exploring new destinations and cultures through travel.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

The store is great. I've been a Warby Parker customer for several years. However, I placed an order over a month ago and the glasses still have not shipped. I've spoken with customer service several times and have been informed the glasses did not pass the quality control check, the lab does not have the materials, the shipping is delayed, the lenses are being attached to the frames, the frames are out of stock, etc. Each time I speak with customer service, it is a different story, and a new arrival time will be provided, the time will come and go, and still no glasses. I do not recommend Warby Parker after this experience.

I normally shop at LensCrafters, where I usually pay around $450 for a frame and about the same again for prescription lenses with transitions and anti glare. Warby Parker was a huge surprise. Anti glare is included with all their lenses, and the prescription is already built into the frame price, so I paid $95 for a complete pair, not including transitions, which cost an extra $125 to add.
That price difference is crazy, and the quality feels very similar to what I’m used to. If cost efficiency is your priority, I definitely recommend this brand.

I’ve been to Warby Parker several times. My very first purchase was at the Lido Island location. While I liked the glasses themselves, I wasn’t very impressed with the customer service there — when I went back in for an adjustment, the experience felt rushed and a bit unfriendly, which was disappointing.
Since then, I’ve also visited the Costa Mesa and Spectrum stores, which were fine. However, the location I absolutely love the most is the Fashion Island store.
The store itself was nice, clean, and well organized, but what truly stood out was the customer service. The customer service advisors (I think that’s what they’re called) really make the difference. The advisor who helped me was Monica Becerra, and she was an absolute gem.
What a delightful person — charming, great personality, and an excellent salesperson. I went in planning to get distance glasses and somehow walked out ordering reading glasses as well, even though I hadn’t planned on it (LOL). That’s what great customer service is all about — connecting with customers, being friendly and warm, and really helping you choose the right frame. Let’s be honest… no one wants to wear glasses if they don’t have to, so that extra care and attention really matters.
I liked my Warby purchase years ago, and I know I’m going to love the new ones I ordered today. I can honestly say this was the best service experience I’ve had compared to the other locations I’ve visited.
The best part? They were able to switch out the broken frames on my husband’s glasses and replace them with the same style by popping his existing lenses into the new frames. I was genuinely impressed — and it was totally affordable.
Side note: I also found out that a new location is opening in Laguna Niguel, which is great. If you can open one there, why not consider Jamboree at Tustin Market Place as well? With how great the eyewear, pricing, and service are, people on this side of town would definitely shop there — and the parking would be far less of a headache.
Great prices, great customer service. I would absolutely go back again.

Our experience was Tops at this Warby Parker store - and I don't even like shopping at Fashion Island... Rachel did a spectacular job helping us find fun styles of glasses and we ended up leaving with three pairs of glasses ordered! Dr Rabena does a super job delivering excellent Optometric care- this is our repeat visit! And we selected Dr Rabena over the optometrist in our great Ophthalmologist's office- so thankful we did.
We will recommend this Fashion Island Store and Rachel anytime!!
