I am thrilled with my experience at Warby Parker’s on El Paseo recently. AJ did a stellar job helping me quickly determine the style of Frames to replace a previous purchase that was no longer available. I’m still amazed at how quickly I Was able to transact my business. Amazingly my Glasses were ready to pick up a week before I promised. AJ made my experience a pleasure and I would recommend not only Warby Parker but AJ to Help with your eyeglass purchase.

My dog and I had so much fun. Everybody everybody was social. The other customers helped pick out frames for one another. The dogs had fun. We all had fun fun. It was just a great environment.

She helped me find the perfect frames and was incredibly patient—even after I changed my mind not once, but twice, after the orders had already been written up. 😬 She never made me feel like I was being a pain and was so helpful throughout the entire process. The whole staff was friendly, welcoming, and great to work with. Such a fantastic experience, and I love that we finally have a Warby Parker locally!

PERFECT because there is great inventory selection, the 3 sales gals were amazing, and the price was right! Your prices for the quality of product are so good and affordable! Needed to return and exchange the original frames I got because they were too small and I wasn’t in love with them. Tess greeted us at the front door right away and jumped in to help immediately. We looked through several options including their different tints. She was patient and helped me pick what looked best on me. The transaction was incredibly fast and easy. So excited for my new glasses to come in. Thank you Tess!!

AJ was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about buying prescription glasses. After I learned about the prescription lens she helped me pick frames based on the criteria I told her I wanted in a frame. The store had a great selection of frames and I found a frame that met my needs. AJ was very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with. It was a much better experience than what I anticipated.

Daisy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went the extra distance! River was also great. All the staff took time to help with my frame selection, measurements and even submitting my insurance. Ended up with great glasses and a great price.

Excellent store. Very helpful employees. Glasses , that need a prescription, are mailed directly to your house!

3rd time ordering from Warby Parker, once on vacation in Boston, once online, this time on El Paseo. I was in and out in 15 minutes -selected my frames, gave her my prescription, she took some measurements, I made a few choices, paid the bill, and done. They’ll be delivered to my house in two weeks. Easiest prescription glasses purchase ever. The selection is decent, the service excellent, and I’m happy Warby Parker is now in the desert.
