Great selection, friendly staff.

I am visiting from MI - I lost a screw and I recovered my lens. I went to the Palo Alto store. The staff was kind: patient, listened to my story with acknowledgment of my being so happy for their reassuring care, fixing my glasses ( and checking two more pairs that I had with me on my trip tightening and cleaning). I am grateful for Warby Parker’s consistency, helpful staff, in MI and in California. The Palo Alto store and its staff are exemplary, in customer service.

The coating on my WP lenses has started to deteriorate not even 2 months after purchase. Happened with my last pair too, but the associate here stressed that the coating would not be an issue as long as I kept them in the case and away from high heat and humidity (after making it clear they would not sell me glasses without the coating). Sure enough, despite following the rules, it happened again. Seems designed to fail after the 30-day return window is up. Avoid buying eyeglasses at Warby Parker altogether, the quality has clearly deteriorated over the years.

I received excellent help from Kensey and Sergio with ordering and adjusting two pairs of glasses. I'll definitely be back!

I had a really good experience here, the sales associate helped me not only with new orders, but why glasses can react and have impacts on my eyes throughout the day. (ie: Don't get sunglasses with x, they will impact you when using them for y.) I really appreciate the team there. I was able to order glasses and sunglasses that would normally take me 2 hours in less than 30 minutes!

I’ve worn glasses for 30 years, and my experience with Warby Parker, especially this location’s staff, has been quite disappointing and riddled with mistakes. On May 8, 2024, I ordered prescription glasses and sunglasses. Six weeks, 2 location visits, 2 phone calls, a FedEx dropoff, and multiple emails later, I only have sunglasses, but no working glasses. Issues: 1. When my sunglasses arrived, the left lens was loose and wobbling. 2. The OCs for both pairs were incorrect, straining my eyes. 3. The male staff member took OC measurements sitting from his seat behind the counter, while he was at a lower height than me. I had to ask him to redo it at eye level. My optometrist’s office confirmed different measurements from his. 4. Despite asking for the replacement glasses to be mailed, they were sent to the store for pick up. 5. When I went to pick up the replacement glasses, the man said I couldn’t take them because I didn’t bring the original glasses. Last time, customer support had provided a return label for the sunglasses so I don’t understand the issue this time. After several mistakes on their end and a lot of wasted time on my end, I feel like the man at this location should have been more accommodating. When I complained about this, a female staff member remarked that discount online purchases aren’t perfect.

I have visited this location several times and ordered glasses there a couple of times because it is close to my place but I have to say I never felt the personnel working there was friendly and helpful. They are just doing their job and you can feel it as a customer.

The sales gal was fantastic and I found three pairs of glasses I love!

Great for you to give away safety Eclipse glasses. I visited the store to pick up 2 pair for the Eclipse, but ended up buying a pair of prescription glasses. Your staff was incredibly helpful. Really appreciated the patience and support.
