I love Warby Parker glasses. The staff is always so helpful and will give their advice to you. I love these glasses because they all fit so nicely on the bridge of my nose.

There were fewer choices at WP in comparison w my local dispensary, but it actually made chosing easier. I prefer to wait for my final comments after I actually receive my new glasses.

I had a wonderful experience! The consultant was very attentive and professional. Since I don’t hear well, she kindly and respectfully repeated the information for me without any hesitation. She was friendly, patient, and helped me with all my questions. I really appreciated her care and professionalism.

Sales staff were welcoming and very helpful. The frame styles were numerous and reasonably priced. I bought frames and opted to have the lenses made by my own optician.

Scheduling an appointment online was fast and easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even though I arrived 45 minutes early.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with my eye doctor at the Roseville Galleria location. Just 10 minutes before my appointment, I received a call informing me that it was being canceled because the doctor was sick and had to leave for the day. At the time, I was already 25 minutes into my drive from Sacramento. While the staff member was apologetic, all she offered was rescheduling the appointment. The lack of consideration for my time was disappointing. If the doctor felt sick, I would have appreciated a call at least an hour before the appointment, not last minute when I was already on my way. It's hard to believe that the doctor suddenly got sick without any warning, leading to an abrupt cancellation of all appointments. Very unprofessional service.

From the minute I walked in the door, staff was attentive, answered my questions, the eye exam process was quick and painless, and checkout was fast and efficient. Love,, love, love, the three frames I selected. Will definitely be a return customer!

Very clean store, lots to choose from. The sales guy was really nice and patient.

UPDATE: what's worse than receiving no customer service and basically being ignored in the store?? I'll tell you, trying to make themselves look good here by replying asking me to send them an email, I sent an email and got no response. Wouldn't you know? Is customer service a saying of the past? Poorest customer service I've ever encountered. When you walk into a store that has zero customers and four employees just sitting around talking to each other, you would think one of them would have time to help you. The girl I talked to briefly, listen to me. Tell her what I wanted, point towards the glasses and basically tell me to go at it. I told her I was in a hurry and I wanted her to point me directly to something. I'm not picky at all. But I was in a hurry. She was too involved with her conversation with another employee, as was the other two employees that were in there to break away to help a customer. They would have sold a pair of glasses, but she was too engrossed in her conversation with another employee. Terrible. I don't know how they stay in business if that's how they treat customers. I guess I'm going to eyeglass world Oh.. and don't even try and call the store quickly. Phone menu system from hell. No way to just get a person directly and quickly. After going through the prompts, I'm on hold. Considering I just walked out of the store with 4 employees standing around talking to each other with no customers, this doesn't make sense. This was my first, and definitely my last attempt to be their customer.

I went in to ask questions about kids glasses, the lady working was rude and unprofessional, and acted like I was asking stupid questions. I took my money for my family of 6 to LensCrafters .

After looking at several other eye glass stores, Warby Parker was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was kind, helpful, and the glasses were all so much cuter! Not only cuter, but way more affordable. I won't go anywhere else again.
