Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I needed a new pair of bifocals and decided to try Warby-Parker. Long story short, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
During that span of time, the rep showed me wide and extra-wide lenses in addition to those on the wall displays. I quickly found a suitable frame and the rest of the process went smooth and quickly.
I’ve bought glasses from this merchant before and I would go back and buy again when needed.

I am an eyeglass addict with two drawers full of frames, most of which are from Warby Parker. I went to the Fashion Valley store to exchange frames I purchased online, but ended up not loving. When I walked in, I was greeted, and within two minutes, a staff member offered to help me. I then spent fifteen minutes looking at replacement frames. Once I picked my favorite (there were several I wanted), the staff member refunded my original frames and then charged me for the new ones. However, she also mentioned a special discount if I was interested in purchasing a second frame. For only $20 more, I was able to get my second-favorite frames with my computer Rx. So, I left the store with two new frames on order and, once again, was amazed at the incredible customer service I consistently receive from Warby Parker. It's no wonder that I have such a large collection of their frames. Do yourself a favor and check out the Warby Parker store near you. You'll be grateful you did. I am every time!

This store was fantastic. The frames I had 4 years ago were in stock. So instead of getting my old frames relensed, I got a new pair with a warranty. The team in the AM were great to work with for my situation. I've been wearing Warbys for years since starting listen to the Marc Maron podcast.

Excellent Service! I came in with 3 pairs of glasses for adjustments. 2 of the pairs also had scratched and they are fixing them free of charge with new lenses because they are less than 6 months old ! Amazing. I got the “wizard” who adjusted my glasses to fit my face to absolute perfection. Took their time and were very friendly and helpful. This place is always great, most of the frames r $95 with lenses included so you can’t really go wrong and the quality is much better than the cheap online brands. Take a trip in and you will not be disappointed.
