I was very impressed with the store overall, large space, great layout, clean, and large selection of eyewear. There are plenty of experienced sales associates to help with any questions or simply give their opinion when asked. The ordering process was so easy. All you need is a current rx from your optometrist and the rest is handled for you. I was happy to learn that most of their glasses come in essentially sm/med/large which allows for more options. The best part however is a modern quality eyeglass w/lens for such an amazing price.

Super clean, and staff not overbearing at all. Definitely a plus for a store with so many styles to pick from.

I hope they are investing all their money in online tools. They clearly don’t invest at all in designing their showrooms or training their staff. Don’t bother going into this showroom; it's an exercise in frustration. I went to select and buy new glasses. There were five or six staff and only one other customer. I had to ask multiple times to get anyone's attention. He did nothing to help me sort out what product might work best for me. He just walked by displays and waved at glasses. When I asked what frames came in wide. He assured that some did, then pointed quickly to two frames, “this one is wide and this one is wide.” Neither were at all appealing to me but that seemed to end the discussion on wide frames. I’ll try their online fitting and see if that works. It couldn’t be worse than the showroom.

I love Warby Parker. It’s a friendly store with terrific ambience, and you can’t beat the price. Incredible value for every dollar spent.

I needed new eyeglasses as I have a new prescription. I found the store to have excellent service easy to try on frames and found the recommendations they had to be exactly what I wanted. It was easy to shop there. Even though there were several customers in the store, the service was quick and I like that. I also like the idea that I can wear them up to a month and if I have any problems can go back to speak with them.

Great frame selection at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. I was in and out in 15 minutes with new glasses being shipped to me within 2 weeks.

I went to this store today just randomly to order progressive eyeglasses. The staff were ignorant and quite rude. They totally ignored me since I entered the store and while I was trying to find a nice frame. I absolutely believe those who have commented about them being discriminating with their clients. Besides, their frames are cheaply made and they don’t make lenses for a frame you already have. I would never step in that store again and do not recommend it to others.

Excellent service by super nice sales assistants. Good selection of frames. Easy process. Makes it a pleasure to shop for prescription glasses, which is not always the case. And did I mention the very competitive prices? I ended up spending less here, out of pocket, than at my last purchase "subsidized" by VSP at an established traditional eye glasses shop.

Chris at the San Francisco Hayes Valley location was so helpful with picking out a new pair of frames. I wanted to try transitional lenses and wanted to find a frame that would look fun as glasses as well as sunglasses. After changing my mind several times he helped me narrow it down and was very patient during the whole process.

Its been a little while, but I went here looking for low nose bridge frames because I am mixed and have high cheekbones and a low nose bridge. The customer service person helping me was extremely rude and said I didn't need those frames because I was white lol. (I look mixed and am olive toned, lol. I was also with my obviously East Asian husband so maybe that's what triggered her.) The staff person was Asian and female. I ended up getting the glasses despite the poor service because I really needed a pair, but the nosepiece broke within a few months. This hasn't happened since I was a clumsy child; basically, the alloy WP uses for their brass/bronze colored frames is weak and snaps after flexing over time. When I was checking out I gave her my prescription and she was struggling to read it, so I tried to help out and jokingly said all doctors write chicken scratch. She then implied I was being a racist because my doctor is Asian and I must be saying his English is poor. Lol! I've been seeing this doctor for years and I come from a mixed asian family who all see him as well. He's literally a family friend and his English is perfect. He just writes poorly like virtually all doctors lol. I get that some people feel they can bully others with their "activism" but that's not something I want to support it be around. I now buy my glasses at Jins, where I don't get lectured, the product is better and cheaper, and they don't even upcharge me for my higher strength prescription. That's real equality and acceptance instead of fake virtue signaling and harassment.

Easy and fun experience, visited at a time when I was helped right away, staff were knowledgable, approachable, fun to chat with. Thankful this store allowed my leashed dog to accompany me :)
