What a disappointment, Warby Parker! After 11 days of frustration, I finally received an email saying the frame I ordered is out of stock. How do you not keep track of your inventory? Stop wasting your customers’ time!

Mimi was so helpful and accommodating my husband and I called with questions about some frames and she encouraged us to come into the store and try some on. And we were not disappointed she was so wonderful in person and knowledgeable. We ended up both buys a pair!

I visited today, and the staff were very kind and helpful as always. I checked in for a cleaning and adjustment of two of my glasses, both rose gold Ava frames. Mimi was very helpful and cleaned, adjusted and changed the nose pads on both glasses, and gave good advice on how to care for them. At no cost. I've been visiting this store since 2018, and it's always been a great experience. The staff are awesome and I love my Ava glasses. Highly recommend.

I love shopping here. The selection is fantastic as well as the price point. The customer service is wonderful. They are friendly without being pushy. You can really browse without being bothered to buy and when you have questions or are ready to purchase, they are kind and helpful as they move you through the process. I love my glasses and will most definitely shop here again.

Blake was knowledgable, quick to understand my needs and style, didn't try to sell me anything, and help make anti-fatigue adjustments that I believe I would not have been able to shopping online. I walked out placing an order, very efficient!

I went through the home try-on program and pick 2 frames out of 5 candidates. I then went to the store with my doctor's prescriptions for 2 pairs of glasses. In store, they only have one pair of frame that I wanted. The other pair they'll have to order for me. So, for this pair I used a different color frame for all the measurements. No problem there. I received both pairs of glasses just exactly as expected. I really like the home try-on program. It gave me a much relaxed pace to pick a frame out of hundreds in the online store. When I was in the Santana store, I was greeted by an older sales lady. She is not very keen on technology but very friendly and helpful. Other staff members in the store were very quick to help her with the technical issues. Overall, I was very happy to placed my orders through the lady. The end result is exactly as expected down by the book. I still have some questions that I need to go back to the store and ask. But that may be just because I'm a new progressive lenses user. BTW, WarbyParker don't do bifocals.

Service and attitude was excellent

Open entering the store I was greeted by an employee. He helped me find the frames that would suti me. Another employe helped tom make siure that the lens would be correctly manufactured. Check out was easy and efficient. Everyone ws helpful and engaging. I will return there for my eyeglass needs.

This Warby Parker location was amazing. The staff member who helped me was extremely informative, friendly, helpful, kind, and overall made my experience very enjoyable. The store was super clean and organized and there were so many styles to choose from. I would highly recommend!

Always have an excellent experience at this Warby Parker. I love their prices. Love their products. And the folks working at Santana Row are always lovely.

Disappointed over time. My glasses --several pair I've bought over the years--are sub-standard. The coating peeled off one pair in less than two years and another got completely scratched up with normal wear over less than a year. While it's a convenient place with styling glasses, they are really awful quality. I won't patronize them again. In fact, have an appointment at a different optical store this week.

I visited the Warby Parker in the Santana Row shopping complex to purchase glasses. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. This was my first visit to a brick and mortar store. I had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really pretty. Who doesn’t like being assisted by beautiful women. I enjoyed the experience and purchased two pair of glasses. Great store, great product, great staff. Thanks.

Went in to look at potentially buying new frames and was immediately greeted by Mary. She was very attentive and helpful, as well as patient with me when selecting the right frames for me. I’ve never felt so excited to put on a pair of glasses as I have today. She found the right ones for me and even picked out some that I will definitely be returning for in the future. I recommend Mary for any and all your frame needs :)
