We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I have been wearing other top name frames and progressive lenses for years. Everytime, something needed correction from my actual prescription to the lenses not being done correctly.
This time, I decided to research Warby Parker and give them a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine desire for them to help. I went back a few times to make sure I ordered the frame I wanted. I worked with different employees each time I went in. They were all amazing! When I was ready to order, one of the awesome employees ensured the frames were aligned correctly on my face, entered and uploaded the prescription with complete accuracy, and ensured that my order was ready to go.
I received my glasses today, ten days later as is typically expected with progressive lenses. They arrived perfect! The lenses are the perfect prescription, and the progressive layout is perfect. I made a very quick visit to the store today for a minor adjustment of the frames to ensure they fit my head perfectly, thanks to the amazing employee that helped me. Super friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciated the ‘no pressure’ approach where I was able to browse on my own for a bit and then asked for some help. The group of guys working today were fun and very knowledgeable when helping me pick out frames based on my preferences. They even helped me find a pair I would never have tried on before- and I ended up buying them. Great store, will be back!

The lady and gentleman who were working the front were so helpful. Also I had my kids with me. Obviously looking at glasses is not fun for them. So the lady brought out crayons and coloring sheets for them. It was so nice being able to look with my kids happily coloring. Great experience. Thank you so much. A great place to shop for eyewear needs. Clerks were very courteous and helpful in narrowing down the choices for my eyewear. Unfortunately for me, my insurance is not in their network, but the glasses I purchased will do the job of 2 sets (clear and dark), and I still save! I will shop here again when the need arises!

Buying glasses online can be hard for my wife face, and I always that Warby Parker had cute glasses online. I am so excited they have a store near me now! The staff was so friendly and helpful! They were very honest too when asked opinions. There are also soooo many styles to chose from and in some frames, there is more than one width to choose from! I will be coming here from now on!

Jojo! He was the best!!! Actually Kie and Jace … were sooo helpful and honest as well. Which I appreciate, it’s rare now a days. I also loved all of Warby Parker’s style of frames…quality is awesome, very modern and chic without looking cheap and tacky!
