Shops at Briargate

This is SUCH a great place to get glasses at an amazing price/deal! I honestly wish I had found out about Warby Parker sooner 😅 For years, I used to order my glasses online from places like Zenni just to get the most bang for my buck because getting prescription glasses directly from optometrist offices is INSANELY expensive — even with insurance 😭 Same goes for places like LensCrafters and similar chains. I just personally can’t justify spending $500+ on ONE pair of glasses. After doing some research online, I found out about Warby Parker and the rest is history ✨ This is definitely going to be my go-to place from now on, and I’ve already recommended them to a bunch of friends and family looking to update their glasses too! Their prices are amazing, shipping was relatively quick, and I really loved that you can actually try on frames in-store in different sizes to better match your face shape and proportions before committing. The quality has also been GREAT. I intentionally waited a few months before posting this review because I wanted to see how my glasses held up over time, and I’ve had mine since February with absolutely no issues. I was even able to get a pair of sunglasses along with my everyday glasses for LESS than what my optometrist office wanted to charge me for just ONE standard pair of daily glasses. HIGHLY recommend this place! 🙌

Great selection and very helpful and friendly staff. If I could have chosen from so many frames I liked more quickly, I would have been in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Great experience! I love they have so many different styles for glasses. Sasha was very kind and helpful in finding me the perfect pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses. Also, the prices for the eyeglasses here are amazing. You truly won’t find anything cheaper. If you’re in the market for glasses go here! You won’t regret it.

I had high expectations for Warby Parker, but the experience fell well short, and honestly, Costco is far easier to order from. The in-store staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. The problem is everything that happens after you leave the store. My order was lost, and rather than being upfront about it, I was given misleading information about its status. Getting any clear, accurate update on when my glasses would actually arrive was a constant struggle. All of this adds up to a serious lack of professionalism. Once your order is placed, WP seems to lose all interest in following through. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I have not received my glasses yet so this is reviewing only my experience of shopping at a WP brick and mortar store for the first time. The optician was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She listened to my concerns and I asked for her recommendations for style as well as for the best combination of options for my needs. She even adjusted my existing glasses which made them usable again as they were out of alignment. I was nervous about shopping somewhere other than my optometrist’s in-house optic shop. I once tried using the optic shop at a local Costco and had a horrible experience. My experience so far with WP was completely pleasurable. I will reserve my full opinion until after my glasses come in!

I had an amazing experience @ Warby Parker. The process was smooth. I was able to tell them my concerns and it was all taken into account. Hailey was awesome, shes who I worked with the most, but everyone was great. I just saw them yesterday so no glasses yet but im excited to see...

I love Warby Parker glasses, they are so fun and stylish. This location was closest to me and I will be back when I need another exam. The doctor and staff were fantastic!!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Briargate. The staff was friendly, greeted us upon entering the store, were very helpful in adjusting our old Warby Parkers, and very helpful in the selection of two new pairs. Excellent customer service.

Despite my indecisiveness, Sasha was very patient, professional.

I had an excellent experience with my eye exam and picking out new glasses frames today. Dr. Grimes was very friendly and helpful. He kindly addressed all of my concerns and even helped me understand my eye prescription better :) All of the staff in the front of the store were also incredibly helpful! Thank you!
