Update ... I have revised this review to 3 stars (and I expect to increase that) because WP customer service (corp-level?) saw my Google review and contacted me to make this right. They are taking big steps to make me whole again (replacement glasses). Once that happens, I will completely revise my review. I bought a pair of glasses at Warby Parker glasses nine months ago. Starting about a month after purchase, the lens popped out of the frame (fishing line type) occasionally. In my first visit they showed me how to put it back in. I did that several times since buying the glasses. Finally, the lens popped out when I didn’t notice it. They were hanging from my neck, as per usual, with croakie type straps. I lost the lens. The info on the website looked encouraging - it suggested they could replace one lens for under $100. I went to WP today. They required a new prescription and the cost would be just under $400. So, for $450 I got to wear a fair quality frame that required lots of TLC but I DID walk away with a nice case. It’s back to Costco for me. Their products are the same quality, prices are much better and the service is far superior. I only gave WP a 2 star because I like their website and tools on their website. For the price I paid I would have expected much better service and warranty.
