Dr. Jeremy Morris is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO) in 2016. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Morris uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Nowhere else compares to WP. I was able to get next day appt for an eye exam in late December! Had a wonderful sales rep help me pick out a pair of frames the same day and in a short time frame (no one else does this). They had collections of narrow frames that they provided me to choose from (no one else does this). And they took my insurance! Love this place. It's the third time I've come here, even though it's a 30 min drive.

I have ordered glasses online for the last few years and have had mixed results as far as how they fit when I got them. We were at the mall and happened to walk by Warby Parker, which is one of the websites I was looking at for glasses. It was super helpful to actually try them on in person. The store has many, many frames to try, and the sales people are helpful and not pushy. We ordered in the store, and the glasses will be mailed to our home. Perfect.

I have been looking for a. new eye doctor that also has a great variety of styles to choose from. After researching many options, I chose to go to this location. The staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and very efficient! The eye exam was quick but very thorough and the doctor was also great! I had a terrible experience here and felt completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. I came specifically to Warby Parker at Park Meadows because I wanted help choosing frames that would look best on me. Instead, the woman working barely acknowledged me, repeatedly walked away while I was asking for advice, and made me feel like I was bothering her.
When I asked for guidance, she told me I “needed to take time and try them on” and offered nothing helpful. I spent about 20 minutes in the store and felt more unwelcome with every minute. It was clear the employees were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers.
I left disappointed and frustrated — this is absolutely not the level of customer service I expected from Warby Parker. I drove out of my way to come to this location and now regret it.

Warby Parker does not take any form of insurance, every single one listed on their website is considered "out of network." The staff were great at this store and totally understanding, but I cancelled my eye exam once I found out both Cigna and EyeMed were out of network. Total scam, go elsewhere for glasses.

Warby Parker at Park Meadows has THE worst customer service! If you happen to go and get put with Ryan, RUN. He is so unkept, rude and down right apathetic. Just a truly repulsive person. I will never step foot in that store again. It isn’t just a fluke. He is nasty every time I go in to that store. I’ve been th brunt of his behavioral problems and I’ve listened to him with others. He needs to be fired NOW.
