I ordered eyeglasses and sunglasses and had to return both. I specifically asked them not to use a certain type of lens and that's exactly what they used. Additionally, the employee who assisted me messed up the order by entering precisely the tint he had already indicated couldn't be use with my prescription. Employees were not very welcoming. The vibe was standoffish and as if they only want certain age groups at the store. Never again!

The service at this location is extremely inconsistent. My glasses were manufactured incorrectly, and despite multiple visits and migraines from trying to wear them, the issue wasn’t caught until my second trip in. When I finally tried to return them—after being told I had 30 days—Brent, the supposed manager, was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. He claimed I was “out of policy” even though I didn’t receive the glasses until June due to their own manufacturing errors.I’m disappointed and won’t be returning to Warby Parker. The cost savings aren’t worth the hassle. I'll stick to my professional eye doctors.

Warby Parker is a great way to buy glasses. Their inventory is stylish ,and far less expensive than some stores. One deciding factor for me when I first found this company is their Buy a Pair-Give a pair program. Also, you can shop and try on your selection from home, you can pick 5 pairs to try on, and they send you frames to try on with free return shipping. They make shopping and buying fun, convenient, and smart!

Great experience at this location. It was a bit of a drive for me and I was late to my appointment, but staff were helpful, efficient, and still managed to get me in for my eye exam. They did a great job explaining everything to me with my prescription and breaking down costs. Would go here again for a new pair of glasses in the future.

Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable at the Park Meadows location! The optometrist was so nice:) 10 out of 10!!

Clean store, easy to access, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Filed my out of network claim. Made it very easy for me to get in and out quickly and didn’t do a pressure sale job on me.

Amarii was great to work with. He was very nice and so helpful. Overall this location is usually pretty helpful.

Friendly and very helpful staff made for a quick but enjoyable visit.

My daughters glasses broke during a recess incident. Brent was so amazing and worked diligently to fix them twice. We ordered new glasses which he had expedited free of charge. Would recommend and have recommended Warby Parker to many! Thanks

The team at Warby Parker were so helpful. I had selected several pairs of glasses I was considering, however when I asked Brent what pair looked best one me, he pointed out that the fit wasn't right on the bridge of my nose. He picked a pair out the fit perfectly and was the color and style I was looking for. Not only did I appreciate the customer service, the prices were so reasonable that I will be back and recommend Warby Parker to my friends and family.

Super helpful team! I found the perfect glasses at a great price. The lady who helped me was fantastic. She explained everything clearly. She was very helpful in helping me choose the right frame for my type of lens - I have, let's say, not so good vision, and I didn't want coke bottles for lenses. I paid a bit more for the thinner lens. So many great reasons to purchase from Warby Parker - the things a regular optometrist charges for come with the lenses here. A great selection of frames at a great price. Hmm now I want more styles and glasses! :)
