I just had the most wonderful experience EVER! Ari welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was very pleasant. Shaina is a genius. I'm not sure how my glasses screw got loosened or bent, I cant remember exactly what she explained to me anymore as she was HIGHLY knowledgeable, but she fixed them! I'll be back to buy some glasses after my next vision exam! 😎 Thanks Warby Parker team 💙

I had an appointment here and was told that the eye doctor was new and couldn’t take any insurance. I asked to be rebooked for another day with a doctor that would. On my next visit, I again had an eye doctor that did t take my vision insurance. The lack of communication remains incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. Would recommend triple checking all details before coming to a vision exam here.

Shaina and Siarrah were incredibly helpful finding my new glasses! They helped me narrow down size, frame shape and color, gradually narrowing down until I had two frames I was really happy with. Truly exceptional customer service. I'll be glad to get my glasses here in the future.

Hope I am misspelling names Chris and Sheina. Two amazing staff at Warby Parker Union station. Let’s just start with when I walked in to the store (4:08pm 2/25/25). I got a welcome to Warby, then I asked “you all don’t happen to fix none Warby glasses?”, and with no hesitation Chris said, what’s the issue. Then took my glasses and attempted to replace the missing screw on the hinge of the glasses. After a good 15 minutes, realized he was not having any luck and asked a co-worker. Sheina if she could assist. Again, no hesitation just exemplary deportment and highest customer service. I mean, they could have just said only Warby glasses are to be repaired. Nope, then as I stood there, they assist two others with glasses adjustments. At this point I knew I would miss my train, yet in Shiena’s words “I’m committed”. 🙂 Therefore, so was I, to get my glasses hopefully fixed. I also learned, part of the problem was I had spring loaded screws, which made the chore tougher. Sheina, was a wealth of information and just shared her knowledge on glasses while she toiled away. Learned a lot today, plus my glasses were fixed. The dynamic duo proved why so often brick and mortar stores are necessary and self service glasses business can’t replace in person service. With all that’s happening in our country, and being a Federal worker. I needed to something positive to happen and today it was at Warby Parker Union Station. Long post but just wanted to really highlight great customer support. 5 out of 5 ⭐️

I enjoyed our conversation and the experience so much that I immediately texted my partner so that he could come in and find new glasses. I can not recommend this store highly enough. I was in a rush to catch my train and decided to stop by Warby Parker. I was warmly greeted by Dior, who helped me quickly find the perfect pair of progressive glasses without making me feel rushed or bad about my really high prescription . Excellent service—keep up the great work!

Had a few minutes of free time before my train so stopped in on a whim. They were GREAT! Staff helped me narrow choices, make a decision, and get fitted in no time. They are friendly and helpful.

Great Customer Service at the Union Station location. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses 👓 on Tuesday and one pair arrived Saturday and the other on Sunday.

First of all, let me say I am an absolute lover of Warby Parker and the glasses I have received on my three previous trips to other locations. However, recently I went into the Union Station location hoping to receive the same service I received at other location and was terribly disappointed. The Male Curly Head Rep, first of all was more interest in the game he was playing on his phone then assisting me and I was standing right in front of him. He acted as if I was distrubing him. My question, was about a pair of glasses I purchased at another location and I wanted to see if I could place the lenses in a new pair. I showed him the glasses and some from my phone that I liked, he stated none of them would fit. So then, I wanted to see other types of glasses simular to mine and got no response from him. Instead he walked off to assist someone else. Being a Sr. Mgr myself for some 25 yrs in CS enviroment I was extermely taken aback by his awful attitude and disposition, even though another kind lady came out to try and fix the issue. I wil go back to North Bethesda, Georgetown or Columbia for service.

The experience was great and much cheaper than what I have paid in the past.
