September 4th, I ordered glasses for my son with a promised 10-day delivery. Fast forward to October 22nd, and we're still waiting. Multiple emails sent, same response: 'next week.' Can someone explain the delay?

I arrived at the store with my prescription from my recent eye exam. I own a pair of Warby Parker glasses and wanted another. It took less than 30 min to choose frames, get measured for my glasses, check insurance and pay. Kai was an excellent sales person.

I have been going to Warby Parker since I was a young child. However, this is the worst and I mean absolute WORST Warby Parker location I have ever been to. from the moment I walked in, they tried to immediately tell me my exam was $140 when I specifically let them know I wanted the $95 exam. The lady who brought me back to the first room was so rude and her tone was one of the worst I’ve ever been spoke to in at a doctor’s office (and I work in one so I have seen it all). I tried to let her know I did not want the dilation or retinal testing done (the $140 exam) as I am only 20 and have had it done less than a year prior. Nevertheless I then went into the actual exam room and although the doctor was nicer than the first lady I received one of the most physically uncomfortable eye exams. The customer service here was so terrible I will never be back to this location. Please do better.

This was the second pair of eyeglasses I purchased from Warby Parker. My sales associate Barbara was terrific. There were so many styles to choose from. Barbara helped me narrow down my choices until we found the perfect pair. Overall it was a great experience. I recommend you check them out.
