Dr. Amber Clark graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2019. Dr. Clark is proud to be a member of the AOA. In her downtime, Dr. Clark enjoys spending time with friends and experiencing new things with her husband and daughter.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

This location is fantastic. Mak was extremely helpful and knowledgeable literally did everything for me and made the whole process seamless. She made sure my claims were filed with my insurance and assisted me in picking out frames. She could not have made it easier for me. Dr. Clark is a wonderful optometrist! She took attention to detail during the exam and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained everything to me as she went and made sure I understood all of my options for contacts and glasses. I’ve already recommended this location to people. Omg OK MAC!!! Amazing!!! Everything about this location was welcoming, on point with help and direction with my needs! Without hesitation, promptly met at the door with inquiries as to what I was looking for, I was heard and brought to every suggestion based on my preferences. Staff overall was helpful and super pleasant and full of energy! I loved the vibe which made shopping for a need so much more enjoyable. Brenda, Aileen, & Mak are hands down a God send! I came in with vintage Warby Parker frames that is no longer available for purchase. The screw ended up coming out and the screws weren’t staying in. The team worked collectively to have me walk out of there with my frames looking brand new. They were my late sister’s frame so they are very special to me and these 3 ladies were amazing. They are friendly, attentive, and so TEA!

From the moment I entered the store with my kid, we were greeted and met with a friendly smile. Mack made sure to explain what all was available to us and how it worked. We were running short of time so she assured us it would be a quick process and it was. Brenda measured our PD and explained other services available, not just frames but also exams! Process was amazing and positive. Prices were much better than expected. Will be returning for my own pair.

Terrible customer service
I arrived 5 minutes late because there was no parking available so I had to park in the municipal parking lot and walk half a block.
Young girl very poorly dressed greated me at the door. Didn't ask my name just said that she needed to call the next patient that was coming in to see if they were coming. I offered myself a seat....
I noticed everyone being assisted but me. The next patient came in also arrived late because of parking and she was taken and helped right away. So when I got up to leave is when the Young girl asked If she should call me.
I'm sorry what......
