Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Went in for my first time this past weekend since I heard good things about this store. Addie is the absolute best and a live saver!! As someone who has a higher prescription I haven’t been to a place that had so many adorable options for frames! Addie was patient, and so helpful and made me feel so so comfortable in finding a pair that works best for me for everyday! Overall service will keep me coming back, highly recommend.

I purchased my progressives through them [1st time customer]. These are my only pair of glasses and are hardly ever off my face. I use eyeglass cleaner and micro fiber cloth to clean them
Within months they were getting harder for me to see our of. A friend pointed out how terribly scratched they were. I thought it improbable because they are always on my face. How can they become so scratched. My last pair off daily glasses, which I had to go back to, are 4 years old and not a scratched on them. I went back to Parker Warby, only to be told that I've had them 9 months and there is nothing they can do for me. I spent over $500, I was almost in tears. I told them I needed new glasses and she just said, sorry, nothing we can do. She didn't offer ANY options, not even an appointment to get new glasses. I asked her, so I have to go elsewhere to get new glasses? She just shrugged her shoulders. UNBELIEVABLE!

I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses at the Estero Warby Parker. The store has a good selection of frames to choose from that are reasonably priced. They have an excellent return policy and offer fitting adjustments. I’ve gotten to know the Store Manager named Orlando. I’ve found him to be most helpful. He is very customer service oriented and goes out of his way to make sure that your glasses fit properly. I highly recommend the Estero Warby Parker.

I had an eye exam on Saturday . . . from the moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed; the entire staff was amazing. My current sunglasses (from Warby Parker) were a bit askew. They started working on them as I looked around for frames. I cannot remember his name! I was called promptly at my appointment time; I am sorry I cannot remember the name of the woman who took images of my eyes. She explained everything to me and was delightful! Next the doctor was thorough, kind, and answered all my questions. Addie then spent at least an hour with me giving me advice on frame choices, showing me so many options that would work for my face shape, etc. Everyone gets a 10 out of 10!

My name is Richard Sheriff, I bought eyeglass frame and had a prescription for another frame i bought at this store , I was told to bring them back for fitting when the glasses are shipped to you, I did today and asked the attendant for assistance and she asked my email address, I told her my email has nothing to do with me needing my warby parker frames fitted, I gave her my name, phone number to no avail, I left store with 1,200.00 glasses in need of being fitted.
I went to Lens Crafters at same mall, no questions, no interrogation, just service, I didn't even buy the frames from them, they fitted my glasses and also adjusted 2 other pairs , I asked if there was a charge, and they said, no charge, have a nice day.
The difference between service after the sale, in my case there was not even a sale at Lens Crafter, my new store, this is where my business will go 600.00 every year. Bye bye warby parker

Wasn’t even going to a Glasses store.
Was next door at Apple iPhones.
Saw Warby Parker store on the way out of Apple.
I have needed to ask an important Eyeglass question for months.
They were superstars from the minute I walked in.
PRIOR PROBLEM … I had new bifocal glasses made somewhere else and when I put them on all I could see was the RX numbers in my field of vision. They told me that ALL eyeglass stores had to do this. I was told I would get use to it. Well, that never happened, it never went away. I ended up returning the new glasses and have been wearing my old scratched up blurry glasses since.
CURRENT… All I needed was to ask my ONE unusual question… (That nobody can ever answer)… and boy did they all get involved with trying to find me an answer.
Especially extremely helpful was the Supervisor Orlando.
He helped me problem -solve my eyeglass lens issue with real curiosity. And he found the answer.
This prior company inscribed the RX number on the wrong area of the lens.
I unfortunately was only passing thru and happened to see an Apple Store.
So didn’t have time to actually get New Glasses.
But if you need New Glasses with Exceptional Customer Service … then go here immediately!!!

I highly recommend going to this location. I was visiting family and live in Wisconsin. My glasses broke and could not be fixed. Cheyenne came to the rescue by trying to fix my glasses and continued to try until she came up with a solution. I cannot begin to thank Cheyenne for her fantastic customer service. Went in today at 1:33 pm for an adjustment on my glasses that are digging into my ear. They were not able to complete it and asked me to come back since the optician was out of the building. I said ok. It is now 5:36 I got no text to come back (I was on the waiting list). I just got an email asking for my feedback since I was a “customer” no I wasn’t I never got called back. Now I’m sitting here with non functional glasses. Thanks.
