We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

The customer service at this location was exceptional! I purchased a pair of frames a few weeks ago, and after wearing them for a while, began having headaches due to the frames being much heavier than ones I had wore in the past. I took them back and they exchanged them for free. They told me they just want me to be happy. I am a very happy customer! Thank you!

Had such a great experience today! Stopped in about 20 minutes before another appt in the same plaza, and left with ordering a beautiful new pair of glasses for an incredible price. I’ve neglected buying new glasses for years because I prioritize having contacts and the tend to be too expensive at traditional optometrists. I’ve heard great things about warby Parker but am so excited to finally give them a try.

Lovely store and even more terrific staff. I bought sunglasses that I was told were polarized. When I got the emailed receipt, it noted that the lenses were UNpolarized. Apparently, you cannot call to speak with someone at the store. The customer service rep was sweet but possible in a call center out of the country (maybe could have been an AI rep?) and continued to put me on hold to check something. I hung up and will return these glasses to the store. Disappointing customer service call after such a great in person experience.

This was hands down the best eye exam I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in, I loved it! The atmosphere and all the staff were absolutely amazing!
