Dr. Linh Nguyen is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2022. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Nguyen uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Best local experience to purchase eye glasses in Naples. Ask for Angie at Warby Parker in Mercado. She spent time checking with my insurance to see how much was covered….Got a great deal with my United Health Chesapeake vision, hearing and eye wear insurance and Warby Parker is one of their vendors.

The crew working closing on 12/19/25 were so kind and accommodating! I came in 20 minutes before close, looking to purchase glasses with my insurance credit. Coming in so late, I felt terrible and Was trying to rush myself, but the ladies were so kind and genuinely helpful. I was able to try on and order all in less than an hour!

- Update October 2025 - I did "reach out" per the invitation to contact them at the email address they provided (see below). It's now been 1½ weeks and I've still not heard back.
- September 2025 - I recently visited the store to look at frames, get pricing, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly (5 star). The next day I called with simple questions about lens types. The voice menu had choices to check on prescriptions, insurance claims, etc., none of which applied. There was no option for "other" or to speak with somebody. I didn't select anything in hopes of being transferred, as some companies do. But no joy - the same menu just replayed. It appears I would need to make an hour-long round trip to the store (1 star). Perhaps a better option is to shop elsewhere. Net rating? 3.

Went into the store for information, left with a nice pair of glasses (ordered). The customer service lady, Pat, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate the options with insurance, and made suggestions that helped me narrow down the search of eyeglasses. The service was great. Looking forward to returning for my eyeglass needs and recommend giving this place a shot. Nice product, and very budget friendly. What I paid in total, most other places charge just for frames. I got nice frames, transition lenses with blue light filter for much less than I got my last pair of Ray Bans at Vision Works! Lastly, I'll add there's warranty, where most other places offer it for an additional charge!
