Dr. Zackery Martin
Introduction
Dr. Zackery Martin is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2021. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Martin uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

When I was stuck on a specific darker frame that wasn't working, they gave me honest, professional feedback and guided me toward a tortoise, lighter option that completely elevated the look. Employee that helped me was very rude and condescending. Unhelpful. Didn’t get his name since he didn’t introduce himself but he has tattoo sleeves and reeks like cigarettes so he can’t be too hard to pick out. I won’t be back.

What could have been a really frustrating situation made right is why I’m going out of my way to write a review. Sometimes things go wrong no matter how hard one may try but the team made it right by me which was super cool of them.
The front sales staff was very helpful checking my insurance which was not actually covered, but they helped work with me when it came to making it all make sense compared to if I did go with an in-network provider. Shout out the manager who’s name started with an R I believe, as well as the staff member Mekhi for assisting with my new glasses.
The doctor was running a bit behind I believe due to one of the doctors being out on vacation or something else. He gave me the best care possible even though it seemed like he was back to back with little breaks.
He went above and beyond to check what I was told by previous doctors and we found that I was over prescribed some of my prism which was actually a huge help! He also found the I still had high IOP through his thorough exam and gave me a good referral to multiple specialist so I could get in ASAP.
Zach, if you’re reading this you’re a wonderful practitioner!

The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I broke my 14-year-old glasses, so I came in to buy a new pair. The staff fixed my old glasses well enough to hold me over until I receive my new pair. I thought that was very nice. They went above and beyond when they didn't need to. There was no pressure to buy. The whole process was super quick and easy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend!

WP is great. No pushy sales rep. It’s a relaxing experience and you can just walk in the store to browse. I readjust my glasses a few times a year and everyone is very accommodating. The eye exams are also great and you can easily schedule it online. Love it here

I bought a pair of sunglasses from this store for my husband, and in less than a year the lenses got completely damaged on the outside. He’s very careful with his things, never takes the sunglasses to the beach, and always keeps them properly stored — so it’s very clear that this was not misuse, but rather a defect in the product.
We went back to the store to report the issue and, to our surprise, the salesperson simply said that “sunglasses get damaged.” I found that response completely unacceptable because a product of this price and from a store like this shouldn’t deteriorate so quickly.
We expected more responsible customer service and an official response from the store. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place and will not buy here again, as I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the after-sales service.
