Dr. Anna Nguyen graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2026. In her downtime, Dr. Nguyen enjoys baking and making desserts.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Conveniently located in the mall. Anne was a huge help in finding the best pair of frames for both my husband and I. We took a while too, she was so very patient and kind with us as we were deciding. She was personable and relatable, she made the whole Warby Parker experience great for us. I liked how simple the store was, very clean and orderly. The eye exam was great as well. It was nice to be able to do the exam and pick out our glasses all in one place. Great prices too!

I've used Warby Parker for the past several years now.The staff is great and friendly! Also, my prescription is usually correct the first time, where as other places I had to go back multiple times. They have a pretty decent selection of frames to choose from. The price is also very competitive. Just a note..Make sure you double check all orders before placing it otherwise you will have a difficult time reaching the store unless you go in person. There isn't a direct way to call the store.

I’m not used to the type of customer service I received today when I walked into Warrie Parker always been discouraged with size frames always falling off from elsewhere told the associate Cindy that I’ve only been able to wear Oakley‘s due to the gripping pattern of the Oakley‘s she found and showed me at least 20 frames that fit me I was amazed blown away. She’s very complementary and very informative. Can’t wait to go back with my prescription.

This is by the worst place I ever seen I have insurance and I took my daughter so they’re trying to tell me I don’t have insurance but I do so they charge me double price after that. I took my daughter to have her glasses. They charged me three times double prices and I know my insurance cover for my daughter glasses. I do not recommend this place. This is the worst place ever.

While the staff was very busy, as usual they were very organized and attentive and handled the "rush" with courtesy and efficiency. The Manager helped me and was very knowledgeable about products and processes and I found her very helpful and personable in spite of the very busy store. She helped me make my order and brought other options to my attention. I always recommend your stores and staff to everyone considering getting new glasses. I bought 2 pairs and I own two others.
