very pleased with my experience at Warby Parker today. had to get new glasses and sunglasses after receiving cataract surgery in both eyes. the person helping me was new and being trained but the manager was there and between the 2 of them i received excellent service. i am happy about the pricing i got for the lenses i needed which would have been much more expensive at another shop who didn't design their own glasses and i am very happy about the 30 day money back guarantee because you never know something like this will work out and it's nice to know that there won't be a problem returning/exchanging them.

Anna was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She helped me pick out the right frames for me, and explained why certain types were better for my vision. Store was clean, organized and the staff all maintained a personal touch.
