Introduction
Dr. Theodore Hesterman is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2022. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Hesterman uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

We had such a wonderful experience at the store. Not only did I find the exact sunglasses shape I was looking for at a very reasonable price, but I was also truly impressed by the excellent service provided by Aiden.
He was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the perfect pair that fit and felt just right. He carefully adjusted the glasses I purchased and even went out of his way to adjust the pair I was already wearing from a completely different brand/store at no extra cost at all!
Really impressed with the entire experience, especially thanks to Aiden. Keep up the great work! I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for classy, reasonably priced sunglasses along with outstanding customer service.

Every single thing at this mall is targeted towards tourist and rich folks who have nowhere else to spend their money. I honestly don't understand why anybody would visit a brick and mortar store location to purchase anything nowadays. Anything you buy here is at least 1.3x more than the same product found online.

Stopped in today just to look at some frames with no intention of buying.. but Sean, Diana and Russel took the time to try on a bunch of frames with me and find what fit me best. Dr. Khan and the team were absolutely amazing! I already loved Warby Parker’s frames but this was my first time getting my exam done in store as well- and I plan on staying with them. My visit was both informative yet efficient. I would recommend Dr. Khan 1000x’s over. She answered questions I didn’t even know I had. I love the store itself as well. I get so many compliments on my glasses and the prices are very reasonable, especially if you are able to use insurance.

Came with my son to find his first pair of glasses, and though it took him a while to decide, the employees were patient, kind, and helpful. I’ve purchased glasses several times over the years here and have had a great experience every time. Warby parker is a scam. They don't want to tell you no, so they just waste your time instead. They don't want to take insurance or accept eye exams from other doctors. They make it impossible to order unless you go through the entire process with them and pay out of pocket rather than insurance. I have been waiting for my glasses to *begin* production for a month and still nothing. Customer service is unhelpful and probably ai. They have asked me the same question 3 times and when i went to contact someone through the website they began asking the same questions. It's maddening. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. Also the styles are barely giving ☕
