Introduction
Dr. Sherri Rockower is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2008. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Rockower uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Store is neat, clean with nice assortment of frames. Customer service was subpar. Questions were answered politely however staff lacked initiative and didn’t seem motivated to go above and beyond to make a sale. After selecting a displayed frame, I was told the frame was discontinued during checkout process. When I suggested they take the time to remove display frames that were discontinued I was told there were too many frames to do that. There was no acknowledgment of inconvenience or accountability. I would not visit this store location again. Complete contrast to aventura location where staff is warm and friendly and goes out of their way to learn customer needs and suggest appropriate frames.

I had a wonderful experience at the new Wellington location. It was a seamless process from setting up my appointment to going through the exam, ordering my contacts, and picking out new glasses. The customer service was excellent and the eye exam was the best one I've had yet. I will definitely be returning here for my next exam. Highly recommend!

I recently went into this Warby Parker location and was very satisfied with the help I received from the employees today. I figured it would be best to go into the store to try the glasses on rather than do the virtual try on. I am glad I did, I was able to find the right pair of glasses for myself. They have a wide variety of glasses. The order was placed and I will receive my order via mail in 17 days or so. Hope this helps someone.

I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional medical office. My appointment was canceled twice — both times literally moments before I was supposed to be seen.
The first time, I was told the doctor that is in for the day doesn't accept insurance. The doctor that does accept insurance is not in for the day. Mind you, I called in advance to confirm coverage before scheduling, so how did they not know that when they booked the appointment?
The second time, the appointment was canceled because the doctor was suddenly “not in.”
The location itself is disorganized, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone local. Every call gets routed to an overseas call center (India), and the representatives constantly give wrong information about what’s covered and what my out-of-pocket costs would be.
This place is a nightmare of miscommunication and poor management. Save yourself the headache — there are plenty of offices that actually respect their patients’ time. Beware.

I heard a lot about this store so I decided to go in and look at the glasses. Yes they do have $95 glasses however if you’d like a piece of plastic, those are good. Do you want something? A little more stylish it can run you $600 For one pair thank you but no thank you

Clean, bright and friendly atmosphere. Eulenia and Bella were very patient. They both helped me to select the best looking frame on me. I came with a prescription from another doctor. Ordering is very easy and delivers to your home. Even though they are out of network, the glasses were still cheaper than the in-network providers.

Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, also very patient despite me needing an appointment close to their closing time. They were able to help me find a frame I loved as I always am needing to buy kids glasses, but not anymore!! The store was very clean, bright and inviting. The doctor was also very friendly and knowledgeable as well and recommended a holistic treatment for my dry eyes which I greatly appreciated.

From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The store was bright, clean, and inviting. Every staff member, from the greeter to the optometrist, was not only professional and courteous, but also warm and personable. We truly felt like they cared about providing a great experience, not just getting through appointments.
The assistants were knowledgeable and helpful with frame selection, offering thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. The opticians took time to ensure everything fit just right and explained every step of the process. The optometrist was thorough and friendly, answering all of our questions and making our son’s eye exam comfortable and informative.
It’s rare to find a team so in sync and consistently kind across the board. The entire experience felt seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable, which is saying a lot for something like an eye exam! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for high-quality service and a positive environment. They went above and beyond in every way.

I had the best experience! Everything was top notch, both with my eye exam and in-store experience with the retail staff. Team is super friendly and knowledgeable. Incredibly efficient and patient, never rushing you or ignoring you while you are making selection.
My optometrist, Erin W. was simply the best I have ever experienced. She took the time to answer my concerns, explained best ways to protect eye health, asked questions about my health history and how it could affect me in the future. I was able to make an appointment online the night before; super easy!
Incredible team on the sales floor. The first pair that was selected for me to try on was perfect! The shape and color really looked great! I did want to try other glasses though because they had such a great assortment that is very well priced. I ended up purchasing two pair!
I also like that my glasses will be mailed to my home. I can bring them back to the store if any adjustments are needed. They have a great return/exchange policy if I have any issues with my purchase! I actually paid less for two pair at Warby Parker than I paid previously at other retailer that I have used forever.
Something else I liked was that my receipts, prescriptions, etc. were sent to my email. Nothing to lose! This makes it so easy to keep me organized and efficient when it comes to maintaining all my health information.
I am impressed with the friendly and courteous service I received, the efficiency of the staff, and how they truly valued me as a customer! A+
