Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
The well-known portion of an eye exam where you read from a chart of progressively shrinking letters until they're too small to see
The part of the exam that determines your prescription for corrective lenses (if you need them)
A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Had an excellent experience purchasing new glasses here. Everyone was very helpful when I was selecting my frames and I found a pair that I really liked. Then, when I went to pick them up, I arrived near closing time and Abigail was nice enough to help me get my glasses even as she was closing the door. Thank you!

Had an okay experience at this location. Walked in the store and was greeted immediately which was very nice. Went in with an appointment for an eye exam and had an exam with a gentleman named David. He did not come off very personable and his dedicated workspace and equipment did not seem cleaned or sanitized. When the exam was finished we checked out for a pair of glasses with a young lady that we unfortunately did not catch her name. She was extremely nice but did not seem too knowledgeable on some of the add ons for the glasses such as the anti-fatigue addition. There was also an older gentleman that worked there that helped the young lady size the new glasses and he seemed very well seasoned with how everything worked there. Overall an okay experience. I had a way better experience at the Tampa international location.

Had my eye exam and they used someone else's prescription to order my glasses. Returned them and prescription has changed and they ordered new glasses. How does a prescription just change completely in 3 days with no new exam, no explanation, no apology and ZERO accountability! Attaching photos!

Watch out!!! They made a very careless mistake causing hours of wasted time. Had the eye exam and glasses purchased here.
The reading prescription they sent, made a mistake of one eye positive and the other negative which is not common and they should have caught their error.
Instead we had to drive back and forth over 1.5 hours each way with the glasses....and the only response was "oops it was a typo". We will get you a replacement in about 10 business days! Thanks Warby!

From start to finish, our visit was one of the most impressive and fantastic customer experiences that we’ve both had in a while. We were both
long overdue for eye exams and discovered that we both needed glasses! Flawless experience from start to finish. The consult/check-in process, the eye exams, then to selecting frames and ordering went smoothly and every single employee there (dealt with 5 in total) was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. The store is beautiful, the equipment is top of the line technology and they offer tons of beautiful framing choices. Can’t recommend enough. We are locked in for life after tonight.

When I walked into Warby Parker at Shops at Wiregrass, I was greeted with a smile and encouraged to look around. The store had lots of activity. I wanted to purchase a new pair of glasses with my updated prescription .
