Bill was wonderful! I picked out my glasses and he was ready to help immediately with a smile on his face and a plethora of knowledge about the glasses I picked.

I received a friendly greeting as soon as I entered the store. They really listened to what I wanted and perfectly balanced that with what worked best with my prescription. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient and honest. Plus they were fun to work with!

Warby Parker offers stylish glasses at a reasonable price, however, I don’t recommend for an eye/contact exam. The doctor has a terrible “bedside” manner and is combative. I chose to go there due to their convenient location, and after being told they were out of network for my insurance, I still proceeded with the exams. So much for convenience as I have spent hours trying to receive the correct information to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. I have had to call and request information three times and still no resolution. During each call I was assured I would receive the information via email. How difficult is it to provide diagnosis and procedure codes?! Clearly this “isn’t their first rodeo”.

This was my first experience with Warby Parker. I will go back. They are thorough, knowledgeable and very respectful of your time. I highly recommend.

Waste of time. I drove all the way to Winter Park just to wait 30 minutes and to be told to wait an additional 7 minutes for my eye appointment that I made in advance. 1 star is generous. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. Before I get into the details, a bit of background: I’m a longtime fan of Warby Parker. I lived in NYC for many years and was always impressed with the exceptional customer service—especially at the SoHo location. The staff there consistently went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses or even a new case. Over the years, I’ve purchased numerous pairs for myself, my daughters, my parents, and my husband. Warby Parker has always been my go-to. Now that I live in Florida, I’ve visited this particular Warby Parker location several times over the past three years—and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The staff often seem untrained, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide even basic assistance. Most recently, I visited during my lunch break, hoping that a quieter time might mean a better experience. I planned to purchase four pairs of glasses—two for my daughter, one for myself, and one for my husband. Sadly, once again, I was met with indifference. The two women working on 7/10 seemed completely disinterested in helping. When I asked one of them if I could use my insurance to purchase sunglasses, she simply replied, “I don’t know,” and stared at me blankly—no follow-up questions, no offer to find out, no interest in assisting further. It felt like I was speaking to someone who didn’t want to be there. This kind of service is unacceptable—especially for a brand that has built such a strong reputation elsewhere. It’s disheartening to see such a stark contrast between locations. I truly hope this feedback reaches someone who can address the issues at this store, as they do not reflect the Warby Parker standard I’ve known and trusted for years.

I wasn't happy with my experience at this location. The salesperson wouldn't leave my side and made me feel very pressured to make a decision quickly. He also didn't discuss high index lenses with me at all, which forced me to cancel my order and remake it via phone after it was already processing for several days. My husband ordered his glasses at another Warby Parker location and got them way faster than I got mine, with a very similar order. It leads me to believe this location isn't sending the orders out to the lab in a timely manner. I will not be returning to this location. The Mall at Millennia location is better in every way.

My mom and I came here for eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses . We were overwhelmed with trendy frame options , and the pricing is right ($95 for my prescription eyeglasses) Also, we enjoyed working with Bill. He’s an asset to the store, it’s too bad he’s retiring!

So nice! I walked in today to ask if I could pay to have them adjust my sunglasses, which are Longchamp, not Warby Parker, and they did it for free! Literally took like 5 minutes and now this pair that used to always slip down the bridge of my nose fits perfectly!

First time using a company like this and I was super impressed. The staff was great, the doctor was great and explained everything to me. Glasses were nice and inexpensive. And I didn't have to wait weeks to get in, I literally scheduled the appointment this morning and was seen. This is the only way I'll get glasses moving forward.

Good service. Emailed receipt was $50 more than agreed price. Cancelled the order.
