Dr. Erica Bridges
Introduction
Dr. Erica Bridges graduated from the SUNY College of Optometry in 2013. She is proud to be a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. In her downtime, Dr. Bridges enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and staying active.
Dr. Azeen Hadadi
Introduction
Dr. Azeen Hadadi is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2015. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Hadadi uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I had such a good experience here this week. The eye doctor and tech were quick and detailed and provided information about my eye health related to macular degeneration that no other doctor had before. The person who helped me with glasses options was great and so patient. I don't make decisions easily and she really helped me. I'd purchased from Warby Parker years ago but this was the first time I went to the (independent) eye doctor located there and also chose glasses and everything was just so good and everyone there was just so awesome.

Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by staff. They looked up my prescription and directed me to the frames for sunglasses. I picked the frames and then was shown different lens colors and options. I picked my color, and the staff placed my order. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes! Great experience.

The team here was exceptional from start to finish. We were greeted warmly the moment we walked in, and the experience only got better from there.
Ahmad took excellent care of me and explained every step clearly. Dr. Hadadi is easily the best optometrist I’ve ever encountered—thorough, knowledgeable, and generous with her time as she answered all of my questions. And Jameson went above and beyond, not only handling my order with expertise but also patiently resolving an insurance issue for my wife when the portal showed incorrect information.
If the glasses are as great as the service, this will be a perfect 10/10 experience. I’ll update my review once they arrive.

This particular store really impressed me. I had no idea they had the styles I’ve seen. I was headed to a different eyeglass store & was steered here & so far appreciate it. The personnel & the prices are bar-none.
However, don’t get it twisted, the frames itself may be inexpensive, but once you administer the add-ons…..your price may soar. In the end I may have purchased 2 pairs of glasses here, less than 1 pair at the store I was headed to.

We bought a total of 4 pair of glasses. ZERO came on time. We had to take ALL of them in for adjustments and reordered TWO that came with the WRONG PRESCRIPTION! More than one of the staff were rude about correcting the problems (“Those are fine, you should be satisfied!” Yes, that’s a quote!). In the end they had entered the prescriptions into their system incorrectly. It took about a month to get our glasses.

What should have been a nice experience was ruined by high pressure sales tactics to add upgrades, taking a $100 pair of glasses to nearly $400. Even after repeated saying we just wanted to frame and standard lenses (which are included in the price of the frames), there was a hard push for transitional and progressive lenses. Unfortunately, I was not there alone, and the exact same thing happened to my friend.
Other than that, the $100 frames felt like $100 frames, and while there was a large selection, most frames had the same sort of look and there was really not much diversity. I know it sounds like a contrary to say that they had lots of frames, but most looked the same.
I can't give it a lower rating because they do offer a decent product at a good price, if you can find a frame you like and avoid the high pressure sales.
