Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I had my eye exam today and it was a wonderful experience all around. The tech was kind and friendly and so was the doctor. Terri, the sales associate, worked with me to find the perfect pair of prescription sunglasses because the style I liked was discontinued. He was so patient and spent a good 30-45 minutes making sure I ordered something I felt comfortable and confident in. They were out of network for me insurance wise, but the world class care is worth the extra paperwork :).

There are a lot of frames to choose from. The only thing that I would recommend is that the licensed optician that is working there as well as the other sales people should wear a name tag specifying that they work there and if they are licensed.

I visited Warby Parker yesterday for an eye exam and new glasses, and the whole experience was great. The exam was quick, affordable with my insurance, and super easy. I just love Warby Parker and this location continued my love for the brand. I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff on the floor. I was quickly called to the back and my exam went smoothly! However, the thing or should I say person, that made my experience a 10/10 was “Terry”! He really helped me pick out the best frames for my face and I love the way he explained the different cuts of glasses and what they do to our faces. The optician Terry did an amazing job fixing my glasses. They were an old pair that have held up amazingly over the years and had never broken until I had a bad fall. Terry was so kind and helped calm me down showing that it was a simple fix for a talented technician such as himself. Seriously this dude was so nice to me when I came in panicked and blind and needing help. I have a bunch of cheap, low quality glasses from random online vendors, but the excellent customer service from Terry and the durability of these glasses convinced me that I need to invest in another pair of buy for life glasses that can be properly maintained in store by such lovely staff at such a cute location.
