Initially, my experience on Friday 9/20 was not so great and I was ready to leave after a member of the staff did a hand-off as she was headed to lunch and when I asked the team member recommendations for popular styles and she responded they all are popular. Immediately another team member jumped in who ended up being a lead and she gave me great service and went above and beyond to find the right fit and style for my face. I would recommend the employee review good old fashioned customer service protocols to make customers feel valued, want to come back and refer customers.

(Mostly) easy process... Can't beat the pricing or styles here compared to other stores. I was told that all I had to do was pick the frames and they'd reach out to my eye doc office for my glasses script. I was floored that they'd seemingly do all the leg work.. well, a few days later they prompted me to go retrieve my script myself and upload it in their system. I originally went in only to look and really only purchased that day because of how easy the process was presented. I honestly still would have purchased if they told me up front that I'd have to do it myself. I was more turned off that I was bamboozled into thinking it was as easy as they explained it would be. Nonetheless a learning experience and still recommend Warby Parker.

The staff - Mercy, Sam L-DOPA and Basirat were absolutely excellent in assisting me in the purchase of two great pairs of frames! The selection is great but the level of customer service is exceptional!

SO helpful and user friendly! Easy to book appointments, good specials/sales/rebates on contacts AND glasses. Less expensive, super easy and ALL of the folks working there are so lovely. They helped me figure out new prescription and frame- could not have been nicer!

I see why they have such great reviews! We walked in to get my four-year-old a pair of glasses. We were helped immediately and ordered three pairs of glasses that will be delivered to our home. I love that! I didn't want to drive back up there to pick up glasses. Anyway, we were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The clerk was friendly and answered all of our questions. I plan to go back here for my eye exams from now on.

This location is the BEST! Sam, Michael, and Dr. Lee took great joy in servicing me to be able to get my contacts and glasses. They were patient, personable and truly great people to change any nervous or shy feelings about getting a stronger prescription.
