Introduction
Dr. Sarah Lee graduated from the SUNY College of Optometry in 2023. As a Georgia native (fun fact: she graduated from North Cobb High School), she is grateful to be practicing close to her hometown community. In her downtime, Dr. Lee enjoys crocheting.
Dr. Azeen Hadadi
Introduction
Dr. Azeen Hadadi is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2015. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Hadadi uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I have not yet received my frames but wanted to comment on the service in the store. It's very clean and well lit. The staff greets you immediately, yet gives you room to breathe depending on your needs. Once my exam was complete... which was great by the way, I was handed off the sales staff. Alex was the rep who assisted me. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. His timing was perfect, knowing when to let you cook and when to step in when you needed guidance. Glad I came here, I think you should as well. I will update this with my frames review once they arrive.

My damaged sunglasses frames were replaced while I waited, & oh, so quickly by such friendly, professional people, at no charge at all. They also sent me off with a new case & a tote bag I like. It felt like my birthday!
I've shopped for glasses at several stores over the years. No place even comes close to Warby Parker for customer service. Thankfully, they also consistently have had the frames I like the most. Staff are always friendly, efficient & knowledgeable.
When I get a new prescription, I need glasses & sunglasses since I can't wear contacts. Their discount for buying 2 without my insurance was less expensive than buying elsewhere using my insurance. I paid less & got the frames I preferred over all I saw anywhere else.
Side note: I see I need to update my profile photo with Google bc it shows me in my former glasses, which, by the way I got @ Warby Parker before they were popular. I got compliments everywhere I went. Fun being 1st to wear what becomes extremely popular.

I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker after my daughter’s appointment. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took their time making sure she felt comfortable, explained everything clearly, and helped her find the perfect frames without rushing the process.
The customer service was outstanding—professional, personable, and very kid-friendly. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of styles. My daughter left smiling, confident, and excited about her new glasses, and that’s everything to me.

I have always loved Warby Parker. This location is extremely helpful and comparable in price to other brands (except eyeglasses, which are priced cheaper than others with same quality). I had a large transaction. Started with the optometrist, who was very patient during my contact lens fitting (4 tries) to help me find the perfect balance between comfort and vision (which was difficult as I had a very slight astigmatism). I then purchased two pairs of sunglasses. The sales associate was very outgoing and provided all of his genuine feedback. He really seemed to care about making sure I find my perfect match of sunglasses. I was in the store for quite a while and felt very well treated. Thank you!
