So easy! I walked through the door and Gina came to greet me. I spent a few minutes explaining what I was looking for. She really listened to me and showed me 4 different glasses. I appreciated her feedback and honest opinion. Her first pick is the one I chose and she agreed. Then Sarah made the measurements and I paid. The whole process took less than. 15 minutes. This is my 2nd pair of Warby Parker glasses. Highly recommend Warby Parker and the Dallas Highway location in Marietta.

This location was fabulous! A great addition to the Avenues! The eye exam was so thorough and the doctor was great! It’s also a reasonable price for people without eye insurance! The staff were super friendly and helpful! They have lots of great options!

My first time in this store, and it was a very pleasant experience. The associates were knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options to me. Gave me a lot of suggestions and helped me pick the best frames for my face. Didn't know that they had a physical store, but I will definitely be back when I'm in need of a new pair of glasses.

I had such a terrific experience at Warby Parker! Dalane and Sierra were so helpful and truly gave me concierge level service! They were so patient and helped me shift through tons of favorites. There are so many terrific frames to choose from and everything is organized in a way that make the store easy to shop. I can't say enough about my experience and these associates. Shopping for eyewear is not easy and the stakes are high, you're going to wear these everyday! I found stylish, high quality options coupled with incredibly helpful service. What a great addition to the Avenue West Cobb & our area!

Huge selection of frames, clean store, friendly and welcoming. Very easy process.

The customer service is amazing at this location!! The store is beautiful,clean & organized. The staff was very knowlegeable about the products. The store leader Dalane` was incredible, he was able to assist myself as well as my two daughter’s with their glasses. He was also able to help us pick out our frames!! I loved my visit and I will definently be back soon!!

I have been wearing warby parker glasses for a few years now and I normally go to the Buckhead location. I decided to try this location and it was a great experience overall. I was greeted with smiles and engaging attitudes as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone in the store was willing to help and apply their skills to help me find the right pair of glasses for me. The team I met is amazing and they are all very innovative & knowledgeable and know what they are talking about.
