Great experience!

I had a really good experience at Warby Parker at The Avenue at East Cobb. I was struggling with whether to replace my glasses with progressives. The salespeople were both very patient and helpful as I was trying to figure out what to do for my situation. They talked me through it and I believe I made a good decision.

Best support ever. Special thanks for the doctor. She is super supportive, helps kids get comfortable. They have the best eye exam machines. Will always choose this location even if it is tar. Cant recommend enough. Five star service.

The staff at this location couldn't be more friendly and helpful when shopping today! Had and eye exam and the doctor on staff was extremely nice! Ended up with two pairs of glasses and 6 months of contacts. Would highly recommend this store

I have bought Warby Parker glasses online for years. They are moonlighting their at home try ons. I saw some reviews on some of the frames that people had bad experiences in person at different Warby Parker locations so I was a little worried about going in person. However, I had a great experience! All three staff I interacted with were happy and helpful. I will definitely be back when it’s time for another pair of glasses.

I had a very good experience with my local Warner Parker store today. It is located at The Avenue in East Cobb here in Marietta, Georgia. I wanted to purchase some nice eyeglasses and was impressed with the many styles available in all kind of colors and shapes. The store person helping me was wonderful. She tried to find exactly what I wanted and she was successful. The whole procedure of the test and the payment etc. was so easy, and because I did find my favorite frame etc. I walked out of the store really pleased. Many shout outs to Jordan who did a wonderful job helping me!

I am a previous customer of Warby Parker. Today, I did a contact exam and purchased prescription eyeglasses and contacts. I used my HSA account when purchasing and it was a seamless experience. The optometrist was kind, personable, and knowledgeable through the assessment. The representatives in the store were quick to help and serve.

The team here is great. I was set on what I wanted, but they helped me select frames based on my Rx. The team was attentive and guided me through the process and remained committed to answering all of my questions. Great experience. I am excited to receive my glasses!

I love this Warby Parker ..consistently knowledgeable, friendly employees. Gina is always wonderful and right on top of things and I don’t remember the name of the guy who adjusted my glasses, but he was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend… and then stroll down to Vanilla cafe for a wonderful matcha latte!

Ari was very helpful and patient with me as I was picking frames for two different types of glasses. He thoroughly explained about enhancing the lenses and also about how to expedite receiving my glasses.

The selection of frames is very good and the staff is very knowledgeable. I appreciate their input as to how the frames look on me and made sure I chose the right size.

Dr. Priscilla Kuo made me feel truly welcomed and took the time to explain everything, encouraging me to ask any questions I had. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better.

I have been to two other independent and big chain eye centers this year spending significant amounts of money trying to straighten out my annual prescription and secure glasses that I can actually see with. I decided to give Warby a try- well 3rd time is the charm. Dr Kuo was amazing and really spent time listening to my concerns and adjusted my perception based on a few manual tweaks-finally after 8 months of headaches and struggles, I can see. Thank you Dr. Kuo for listening to your patients and working with them. I would highly recommend her and the entire Warby Parker team at East Cobb.
