If you are not ready to purchase frames or contacts, Warby Parker will email a prescription. Their interactive website allows you to take time shopping before making a commitment. Frames in many brands, colors, and styles! And even if Warby Parker is not in-network with your vision insurance provider, it is still an economical way to receive an exam. Most insurances will reimburse an out-of-pocket amount. Have fun!

Was on a tight schedule, but also really needed to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses on a Saturday and Lindsey (sp? never saw her name tag) was super helpful in getting me through the whole process in about 10 minutes!

I stopped in today for a glasses adjustment, and Ari went above and beyond to help me get them right. I always have a good experience at Warby Parker no matter which store I’m in, but this was by far the best experience and it further seals my loyalty to get my glasses here! So worth the investment and care.

Had the best experience at Warby Parker EC yesterday! My 16 year old son recently got a prescription for glasses for distance so yesterday was our day to go and get them. He was not excited. We spent 2 hours at Target Optical trying to use our insurance plan and would've left spending over $300 for glasses and frames and that's WITH insurance! I literally told Target I was going to Warby Parker where the lenses are included with the frames and they said they understood. We entered WP and a sales associate, Chris, immediately greeted us and suggested a pair of frames for my son, which he liked. Chris went to the back to get the frames in a medium size bridge and came back with another style that my son like even more! We were in and out in about 15 minutes and spent $95 on the frames and another $50 for blue light lenses so $145 in total and the glasses will arrive at our door in 7-10 days! 10/10 experience! Won't go anywhere else for our optical needs!

The store was a delight to shop in. Gina and Saxony were fantastic to work with. I look forward to getting my new pair!

I am very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this location. The staff was very helpful when I was having issues with my glasses prescription. Dr. Kuo is friendly, understanding, and listened carefully, refining a new glasses prescription that felt much better. The team also helped me save money by staying in the prescription recheck window, and the prices for both contacts and glasses are competitive. I'm so happy a Warby Parker opened in East Cobb! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to get glasses, contacts and sunglasses for a better price than what I would have paid at the place where I got my eye exam.

I was amazed when I visited Warburg Parker in The Avenue and discovered their wide selection of reasonably priced eyeglass frames. The associates were well trained and very helpful. I’ve found a new place to purchase my eyeglasses!

Dr. Kuo was efficient, friendly, and informative when I went in for my exam. In addition, the staff is very helpful in narrowing down frames when you can’t decide. I asked the employee to flip a coin and send me the winner (Brimmer) as a surprise. We had a great time in there!

SATURDAY APRIL 12TH 2025. Nobody acknowledged us when we went in, yet there were three individuals chatting at the counter. I spent at least ten minutes wandering about the business, which I felt was excessive, and then I went to inquire about how customers can get assistance, etc. In contrast to what I saw, if you have three employees on PAID duty, It would be professional to be circulating the store asking customers whether they need assistance.

Excellent service. Optometrist took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with my prescription. Asked great questions about my eye health and what I was doing to track risks of glaucoma and cataracts. Chris and others on the floor helped me to step outside my box of styles and update my look. Very patient as I got comfortable with me selections.
