Great experience. I noticed they were opening and made appointment for annual exam. Welcoming upon entry and the doctor provided the best eye exam and with new technology no puff of air...best part because I always dread that portion of the exam. She was knowledgeable, friendly and provided options for day-to-day glasses and glasses for work.

She helped make this such a smooth process to buy glasses and contacts. Dr. Brown was very knowledgeable and did not rush me during my exam. I was so excited to see a Warby Parker open closer to my house! I went in for my annual exam and the optometrist was so kind and gentle! Also Ms. Divya was amazing and patient while helping me pick out frames as well as making sure they were adjusted perfectly once they arrived. This was my first visit to this store and I must say, it is a beautiful store. I was met by a young lady by the name of Libni. Libni took great care of me as I was deciding which glasses to purchase. In the end, I ended purchasing two, prescription glasses and sunglasses. In fact, one of my glasses arrived today - absolutely stunning!! The staff are very helpful, very friendly, no pushy hard selling, and keen to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Professional too. I was excited to learn that the store was close to home so, no need to purchase my glasses online. I will definitely visit again, I have my eye on another pair of sunglasses!
