Dr. Timothy Oh is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2021. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Oh uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Good convenient place for a comprehensive eye exam. Doctor working here is friendly, professional, and doesn't hard sell any kind of brand or unneeded medical service. Prices on my brand of contacts was cheaper than 1-800-contacts by about 15%.

I came in yesterday and the entire staff were huddled together reading articles out loud to each other. I felt like I was interrupting by trying to shop, they kept reading the articles as I shopped in store to each other.
I need the glasses in 12 calendar days, they were trying to ask me to pay $25 for expedited shipping for that.
Overall just a classic case of poor customer service. I don’t want to feel like I’m interrupting you to shop in your store.
The person helping me didn’t upload my information he took a picture of in store of my new prescription so now to shop online I have to input my information again.

Had a great experience at Warby Parker. I’m so glad they took my insurance. The exam was good and the staff and doctor were very friendly, understanding, and helpful (I cannot keep my eyes open well for the retinal scan, lol).
The glasses themselves are great and the main reason I went with them. They have a large selection and aren’t overpriced like at places I’ve gone before; I don’t need designer glasses, but so often that’s the only option in styles I like at other places and they’re quite spendy.

I have been coming to Warby Parker for 5 years and have always had good experiences. This last time I was told if I bought a 6 month supply of contacts I could sign up for the rewards/rebate online and be reimbursed $100. So that's what I did. But then when I went to fill out the forms it says I have to have bought a year supply. So now I'm out on money I didn't need to spend upfront. Just letting you know so you're aware and can give patients the correct information.

Brought a pair of non-WP sunglasses for a minor issue (a screw came off). Darius was very kind to help free of charge, despite spending a good 10 minutes or so figuring out how to put it back. He was also very friendly and we had a nice chat the entire time, so were the other two team members in the store. Highly recommend!! Such Good Job.

I sat on my glasses for the hundredth time, thought they were irreparably broken, but took them in to WB just in case. Josiah not only fixed the glasses, but they cleaned and tightened them PLUS cleaned the other sunglasses I was wearing. In 5-10 minutes :)

Making an appointment online is very easy and I enjoyed the reminder notifications. I think I got like 3-4 leading up to my appointment.
Though it was a bit busy when I got there for my appointment I was attended and got situated. I got the first part of the exam and things went smooth. I waited in the lobby to be called in by the dr for the next part of the exam. Dr. Josue was super kind and helpful and he answered all my questions about glasses since it was my first time in many years.
Only reason I put 4 stars is because of the experience I had after I was told to look around at the frames. There was someone helping me initially but they were busy adjusting someone’s frames. I looked for a little and noticed I had to leave for personal reason and asked a women, who was on the laptop, if I could just pay for my exam and come back another.
I didn’t really like how she was towards me. After she went to get her little iPad thing for me to pay she just placed it on the counter and tells me the amount not even looking at me then says you good and goes back to work talking with the coworker who was adjusting the glasses. Felt very dismissive.
I genuinely was going to come back literally the next day when I had more time but just felt zero attention since it was busy.
Definitely would recommend still but just wanted to say my experience:)

I got my first pair of Warby Parker’s probably like 2014 and it’s all I’ll ever buy. The customer service has always been spectacular and the choices of frames are the best. I’ve shopped at this wicker park store location twice now and everyone’s always been so great! Helpful and not pushy, eases my anxiety immediately. As someone who hates shopping in person, I’ll always go back here.

My experience at the Damen store was spectacular. They have always done a marvelous job and are kind, considerate and always go beyond the call of duty. In particular Summer is an outstanding human being and has always helped me in any way shape and form. And I have bought many many frames at this store and would continue to be a customer there and recommend the store to anybody. The team there is the best and I'm so appreciative of them. They get 5+ stars from in every single aspect of what they do!!!!
