Introduction
Dr. Timothy Oh is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2021. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Oh uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
The well-known portion of an eye exam where you read from a chart of progressively shrinking letters until they're too small to see

A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Great customer service. Eye exam was simple and well explained. Doctor was very friendly and when I came out the sales representative had already selected some frames that I have both previously bought/looked at online and ones that were similar. I do enjoy trying on glasses (you have to see how they look) but also fancy myself an efficient shopper so this process really sped up the whole visit. *I did select one of the frames she chose for me! **Also, WP is Out-of-Network for my new insurance but having been there before and had such a good experience I came back and it was still hundreds of $$ less than say a Lens Crafter visit. Highly, Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment weeks ago to try them out. I got rescheduled without my consent, adjusted my schedule. Today (the day of my appointment) I realized I have another email letting me know my appointment is moved to an hour earlier. When Ai called, I was informed they move schedules as their availability changes. My first time experiencing an appointment time changing to earlier without patient’s consent, without giving the patient a call to ask.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience for my first time into Warby Parker. I've had eye exams in the past that were horrendous with heavy sales pitches and this was so much better. Dr. Dowling was friendly and explained everything he was doing and I realized after my appointment I was the last visitor of the day and you'd never know it given how accomodating and helpful everyone was. The front helped me select a pair of glasses that would work well with my face and went over my insurance so that I was clear on all costs. Cannot recommend this store enough!

I had a great experience at this Warby Parker location while shopping for new glasses. I’d browsed online first but wanted to try frames in person since fit and color can vary a lot.
A sales associate helped me pull together the styles I had been considering, walked me through width, color options, and availability, and gave honest, respectful feedback about what worked best for my face. When my original top choice wasn’t available in the right size, he helped me adjust and find better alternatives without any pressure.
What really stood out was his patience and communication. I took my time, tried on a lot of frames, and went back and forth more than once, and I never felt rushed or awkward about it. He also clearly explained lens options, promotions, and the return and exchange process, which ended up being helpful when I later swapped a few pairs.
I’ve been wearing the glasses for a while now and love them. The experience was transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely well handled. Great customer service and a well-run store.

This Warby Parker and its staff are prime examples of professionalism, honesty, courtesy, and efficiency. I was there for less than 30 minutes and received a full eye exam, tried on sample contact lenses, and paid for my exam and new contacts, all while receiving excellent customer service.
